IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE VERONA, THIS TOUR IS PERFECT - I took part in a guided tour of Verona with Leonardo and the experience was excellent. Leonardo was extremely friendly and prepared, making us feel as if we were walking with an Expert friend through the streets of the city. His explanations of local history and customs were engaging and well informed. The atmosphere of the tour was relaxed and informal, and Leonardo gave us very useful tips on bars and restaurants, helping us avoid tourist traps. The price of the tour is in line with the quality of service and valuable information received. I highly recommend this tour to those looking for an authentic immersion in the culture of Verona.

Brilliant tour with knowledgeable guide - Absolute brilliant tour with a guide who knew all the history of Verona. Visited all the main sites and got a run down on some of the importance they have played over the history. Pointed the different changes to the building over different time periods. The guide was also able to suggest places to eat and drink that were not necessarily on the tourist path. Absolutely recommend this tour.

Very nice experience with our guide Alessandra - Our guide Alessandra was very interesting and passionate, a lovely guide. We had a nice tour also not the very turistic one but she brought us in small roads, with typical osterias, also along the river Adige, where we had lunch afterwards. Beautiful visit with her, we will repeat it again with our family!

Verona by night: An ideal start - We really appreciated to discover Verona by night, with less people around than during the day, and with really interesting comments on Verona history and architecture. Francesco was a really good guide, able to answer to a lot of questions and giving a lot of advices on interesting places to visit. It was a really nice experience that we would recommend as a first activity to discover Verona.

Tour guide missed the appointment, not notified until the next day. - Guide didn’t show up and no one notified us before or during the schedules tour. We were informed the next day after we reached out to viator and the tour company that the guide missed the appointment and the office was closed. We cancelled other plans to make these plans work, and I get that last minute emergencies can happy for both customer and provider, but I don’t understand how a guide can miss an appointment and no one notifies the customers either before, during, or after the tour until the next day.
