Fun afternoon. - It was an enjoyable 3 hours. We made two types of pasta and desert then best of all we sat and enjoyed the meal with some wine and others from several differnt countries. The instructor made the class informative and fun, i would recommend the class.

Time well spent - A tiramisu was prepared together, with only a few tasks for the participants, then each participant prepared fettuccine and ravioli with ricotta and spinach on their own pasta machine. At the same time there were a few tips for making your own home. Afterwards we ate our works in very nice company in the restaurant. A very successful event!

Fun cookery class - I did the pasta and tiramisu class with my husband and a group of other people from around the world. Our teacher, Victoria was very good and patient. It’s a nice thing to do to get out of the sun for a few hours and learn something new along with meeting interesting, like minded people. The end results were very tasty.

A wonderful afternoon making fettuccine, ravioli, and tiramisu. - We had a great time. Victoria our host was very knowledgeable and patient with our group. We had a wonderful afternoon, first making the tiramisu, then fresh pasta from eggs and flour. We each hand our own hand press and learned how to run the dough through the machine to make fettuccine and ravioli. Then a nice late lunch of the food we had made with wine. Our group was very international with guests from around the world who we enjoyed speaking with. A great afternoon.

Very nice! - It was a lot of fun! DE lady who explained everything spoke good English EN sometimes threw in some humor. DE taste of the final dish could have been a bit better. We thought DE ravioli was lame.

Not for anyone who knows how to cook - This is not for people who know how to cook. Also you only learn how to make fettuccine noodles and ravioli. You do not learn how to make any of the pasta sauces. I would not take this class nor recommend it. It is only for those who have no idea how to cook.

Very large group size and tasteless end product - Group size was 18 and not 12 as advertised. The first part - tiramisu making - was just a demo with a few people being invited to volunteer. The second part - fettuccine and ravioli making - was interesting. Because of the big group though it was not particularly engaging. The Pasta items were then swept up and taken into the restaurant’s kitchen, boiled and served to us in the restaurant. The final product was unfortunately not good at all and left us hungry. Some sauce with the rather dry 5 dry ravioli would have been nice. The cooking part is quite short and slow. The dining experience is very slow. The session finished after 2 1/2 hours.
