The chef will cook alongside you, teach you and follow you step-by-step to complete the recipes together. You’ll really feel like home in our kitchen and you’ll learn what makes Italian food so good. Get tips and suggestions about basic Italian cooking techniques to enhance the natural flavors of the food and you’ll discover that you don’t need a great effort to create a delicious meal.
You will prepare some tasty dishes including Hand-made fresh Pasta from scratch, Risotto (with locally produced rice) and the original Tiramisu, the world-famous sponge cake laced with liqueur and coffee and sweet mascarpone cream.
After the cooking class you will enjoy your home-cooked meal with the rest of the small group, sharing with them the results of your experience while tasting a glass of local wine. You’ll also receive the recipes, so you can recreate this Italian meal at home for family and friends.

Great cooking class for even people with some experience of pasta making - Really great experience, absolutely loved it. Would fully recommend for anyone, the chefs were amazing and made it so easy to learn new skills and techniques. Beautiful setting and left feeling absolutely stuffed full of very tasty food.

Fabulous experience - This was an exceptional way to spend a morning in Verona. We were excited to learn the menu for our class was, fresh pasta with pomodoro sauce, mushroom risotto and tiramisu. The instructors were fantastic and took the time to explain each step and provide alternative ingredients/techniques for use in our own homes. The food was delicious and we left with good memories and skills we can use in our own kitchens to reminisce on our time in Verona. Cannot say enough good things about Laura and Silvia.

Best cooking coass ever. Learnt plenty in such an easy relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely go back. - Laura was a brillant chef. Made our experience so much fun. We had a delicious lunch which we all got to make ourselves. We will be back the next time we visit Verona.

Two excellent chefs - An amazing morning with two talented chefs. We learnt so much in such a short time and ended the morning by eating delicious risotto, pasta and tiramisu. The studio is spacious and well equipped and the chefs welcoming and informative. From the first experience of preparing the stock to the last of tasting our homemade tiramisu we were smiling. While my wife was an accomplished cook, I was a complete amateur but nevertheless our two chefs made us both feel at home, giving clear and precise instructions on preparing the food with very useful tips for my wife. Thank you for an excellent morning.

Love this class! - I love this class. I have done it three times—once solo, once with my mom, and once with friends. Christina is so funny and knowledgeable, and she has a great team around her. Christina makes everything easy to understand, and she gets the whole class involved with cheering, group work, and general laughter. The recipes are simple yet delicious, easily replicated (with fresh ingredients!). Christina has even been kind enough to recognize me after my first visit and change up the pasta type. I’ve now made 3 different pastas with her alone. And the risotto recipe changes with the season, so every time I get something new. My friends and family enjoyed their classes as well. I’ll be back!

Fabulous class - a real highlight ! - We were lucky enough to be the only two in the class and so we had a really personal experience with a fantastic teacher. She was very patient and friendly and we learnt a lot and had fun too!
