Embrace the expert recommendations of our local chef to select the finest components for a sublime and delectable Gelato. You’ll be taught to prepare various fruits, spices, and other ingredients that are in season, as well as mastering specific skills such as the churning process or the technique of egg pasteurization. Combine these elements to craft your masterpiece: a homemade artisanal Gelato ready for freezing.
In this interactive session, you’ll also be introduced to the classic technique for creating “Semifreddo,” an irresistible and scrumptious frozen treat featuring fresh seasonal fruits and cream. Amazing! - Our hosts were amazing. We attended with two children a 2 yo and 7 yo. The event was engaging, and our gelato was super yummy.
Verona is a beautiful city and the tour was the cherry on top.
We needed a taxi and our host was kind and called one for us.
We highly recommend this tour to all.

Gelatto making class: A Perfect Afternoon in Verona - Lovely and fun experience for the whole family. It was really simple and fun making gelato with this class. We had a great time and tased new flavors. Who knew balsamic vinegar or peppercorns were so good with gelatto. A great activity to do if coming to Verona!

1 sorbet n 4 gelatos. Water to drink too. Cristina n Silvia very professional n knowledgeable leave time to walk there - Very nice one sorbet n 4 gelatos. Leave time to walk there so I don’t have to rush n arrive 10minutes before the start time.

Great family activity - Wonderful time making gelato with kids ranging in age from 4 to 10. The space was beautiful, and the class was well organized. Laura and Cristina had us make 4 different kinds of gelato and one fruit sorbet using different techniques for each. It was fully participatory for all of us. This was the perfect activity for a multi-generational family.

Great Experience - An absolutely fantastic experience! The Gelato Making Class in Verona was so much fun, and I loved learning the process from start to finish. We got to make four different flavors using a variety of fresh ingredients, and each one was delicious! The instructors were knowledgeable and made the class engaging and enjoyable. A must-do for anyone who loves gelato and wants a hands-on, authentic Italian experience!

Highly recommended!!! - We visited Venezia and Verona and took the Gelato-making class in Oct 2024. The Chef Max was very professional, patient, informative, chatty and friendly. Children like him very much. He explained each step very clearly. The gelato was delicious!

Great experience - highly recommended - Had a great time making gelato with Max and Laura. They have a purpose built kitchen in Verona so feels like you are in a real culinary school. Our group made 5 different gelatos and then sat down to eat them all together. Fantastic experience!

Clear Recommendation - It was a great experience for my son (12) and me. Although we were the only participants who were not native speakers of English, we could understand the most important thing to the extent that we could do everything without any problems. The atmosphere was very relaxed and cheerful. We learned a lot, had fun and made and enjoyed delicious ice cream.
