Get tips and suggestions about basic Italian cooking techniques to enhance the natural flavors of the food and you’ll discover that you don’t need a great effort to create a delicious meal.
You will prepare some tasty dishes including Hand-made fresh Pasta from scratch, Risotto (with locally produced rice) and the original Tiramisu, the world-famous sponge cake laced with liqueur and coffee and sweet mascarpone cream.
After the cooking class you will enjoy your home-cooked meal with the rest of the small group, sharing with them the results of your experience while tasting a glass of local wine. You’ll also receive the recipes, so you can recreate this Italian meal at home for family and friends.

Best cooking class in Verona - Great 3-1/2 hr experience with the chefs. We made pasta by hand cut, the best mushroom risotto, and tiramisu. The unique techniques learned are life changing. I highly recommend this class. And you get to eat it all!!

Unacceptable - We initially wanted to book for tuesday but was fully booked so we choose wednesday.
Our payment failed because we were abit slow on transferring money to the right account, when Viator later tried to charge it was succesful. However they then changed our booking from wednesday to tuesday.
We spoke with Viator because we didnt show up on tuesday because we were 100% sure our booking was for Wednesday.
Viator confirms that we had 2 reservations one for Wednesday and one for tuesday. How is that even possible…If there hasnt been any mistake on their site.
We are now in a position where we didn’t go to the cooking class that we had looked forward to. It was a birthday present for my mom that turns 60 and now we are minus 500 euros and no cooking class.
Worst possible outcome. Viator also confirms that there has been a mistake at their website but we will receive no refund….
This is a complete joke and I would rekommend everyone to stay away from Viator.
We are so disappointed…
