Upon disembarking from the ship at the Venice Cruise Terminal, please proceed directly to the arrival lobby, situated just outside the baggage claim area. Here, an assistant will be waiting with a signboard displaying your name. The assistant will guide you to your water taxi. After approximately a 40-minute ride, you will arrive in the center of Venice, directly at your hotel or private address.

Some hotels offer easy access from the canal, allowing the water taxi to drop you off directly. However, for hotels located in narrow canals that are inaccessible to the water taxi, passengers will be disembarked at the nearest accessible point.

Each passenger is allowed to bring one hand luggage and one large luggage on board. Additional luggage will incur a fee of 7 euros each, payable on the spot.
