- A gondola can host up to 5 people, thus if your reservation includes more than 5 people, your group will be divided into smaller groups, or rather you will enjoy different gondolas.
- This is a collective tour, so there might be other people enjoying your same gondola. In this case people belonging to your reservation can be divided into different gondolas.

Great walking tour and gondola ride - Great tour. Good way to get your bearings in this maze of a city. Wonderful guide with in depth knowledge of Venice and venetian people. Well worth it. Perfect way to end walking tour with gondola ride. Our gondolier told us history and sang. Wonderful man.

Venice unforgettable - Just walking around Venice and listening its story was amazing. Every bridge, every street has a charm. The tour guide was very detailed in everything she explained about Venice. We were lucky to have her. The góndola ride was great. We had the chance to meet a couple and the surprise for everyone was that he proposed her in the gondola. I have some pictures that I want to shear I case the couple want it. We totally recommend this tour/company.

Walking in Venice - Monica was very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal of information. It was wonderful walking through the city. The gondola ride at the end was very enjoyable. Our gondolier was very good and we were amazed at how talented he was.

Not the best - Guide was difficult to understand and was not able to create interest or share information. Gondola would have been nice but we had to share with others and they got the good seats , pay more and go private

Just ok. - Tour was ok. We did a lot of walking and got very little information. Others in the tour felt the same but first timers to Venice loved it.

It's a no from me - Warning! Don't be late..... even 5 mins. They won't call you to check where you are. They won't help you catch up the tour. They won't offer any alternative. They use a 3rd party tour operator. Disappointing from Viator and won't be using them again.

Paid for full service but only received partial in return - This below paragraph is what I wrote to the company (Viator) twice and it’s been 3 days and no reply back from them.
“Hi I paid $101.13 for this tour: Morning Walk Tour of Venice plus Gondola Ride. I got the morning walk on Friday, February 16 at 9am, but did not get the gondola ride?
Please advise? “
Viator should either reimburse me fully or at the bare minimum pay back some percentage of the cost that I paid since I never got the gondola ride.
