Really loved this tour.... - Really loved this tour. All the food was amazing and also got some interesting facts about Venice and the local area. My allergies were also able to be catered for. Took our kids ages 11 and 13 and they also loved it. Highly recommend!

Loved the Food and talks. - Its well worth it. The guide was fun (Ana, loads of commentry and fun to be with) and told us all about the different foods at each stop. Different choices available to suit your tastes. We did 5 stops and one extra with the artichoke man, very interesting watching him work and her telling us about what they make with all the parts. Fish market was amazing to look around. I would say go early on in the day to miss the crowds and the fish market closes at 1pm so if you go later you wont see it on the tour. And definitely would be crazy on a Saturday with the weekend visitors. Lots to see on the tour and finished with superb Gelato. Cant recommend it enough. Interesting stories about the doorway and the bricks you see in the pictures.

Great tour if you like fish - Tour was great, Denys was a great tour guide. One of the members of our party doesn’t like fish so he tried his best to accommodate that. One thing we did notice though which we thought was awful - in the oldest wine bar in Venice (the one with the buckets on the ceiling) you can order a ‘shadow’ of wine which a very small glass of house wine. We noticed the owners ground and any wine that had been left in the glasses of people who had left was poured back into the bottle to be served again!! Can’t mark the tour down for this as it wasn’t their fault, but just for future people to be aware as I now feel rather sick about the glass of wine I had and how many other peoples saliva was in it
