So much fun and yummy food - Was an amazing time we had and so much fun! Fit well on our trip, can you please send us the recipes for the tiramisu and pasta please

Yum - We had a fantastic time cooking with Raphael. Great conversation, a lovely lunch , great wines and fantastic timing!

Fresh pasta and tiramisu class with wine - Really enjoyed our cooking class in Venice! Good small group of 10 so not overcrowded. Raphael was a good teacher, pleasant, shared good info about the city throughout the class. We made 2 pastas - tagliatelle and raviolis. The stuffing and sauces were already made, which was ok otherwise it would have been a much longer class. Wine and water at the table from the beginning of class. We started off making individual portions of tiramisu (2 batches made in groups) with our names on cups so we can eat our own. Tiramisu refrigerated during pasta-making so it can be ready by dessert time. Very filling meal with wine! Enjoyed the activity and looking forward to making my fresh pasta when i get home!

An amazing forever memory! - So grateful I did this with my daughter. It was one of the best experiences of my life. Our instructor was amazing! Her knowledge about pasta, the ingredients , and personal experience with cooking and love for it shined through. Can’t say it enough, don’t hold back take this class, so very worth it!

Best Part of Our Trip! - Rafael was an amazing teacher! For my teenagers, this was their favorite part of our Venice trip. All of the food turned out delicious!

Fantastic! - Rafael was a joy, so organized and great flow to the class. We loved the class making tagliatelle, ravioli and tiramisu. And such a great lunch after.

Wonderful Experience - This experience was so much fun and we would highly recommend if you have time. The instructor was great, we ate the pasta and tiramisu we made and drank lots of wine! It was an experience we will cherish.

A MUST DO!!! - This was an amazing and super delicious way to experience Italy! My kids (11 and 13) loved making the food as well as eating the delicious pasta and tiramisu they made which made it extra special!! My husband who wasn’t super excited about it was very pleasantly surprised and turned out to be the favorite student of the class. We all agree this is a must do when in Italy! Our hostess was amazing and spoke great English. It was neat to learn about the culture from her perspective as well. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this!!

Fun experience in Venice - Class was straight forward and fun. Made pasta, raviolis and Tiramisu. Ate it after. Nice experience with my family. Nos we know we can make this at home.

Great family fun - Lots of fun trying to make the pasta like an Italian chef. Our host was friendly and helpful. Great family activity. Eating the pasta was also rewarding but quite heavy and filling. Wish there were some vegetables served as well.
