Something Unique - We were expecting a stage performance, but we got a lovely surprise. The opera was in three parts, and at each part, we moved into new rooms in the former grand house. There was a small group so we could be very close to the brilliant singers and trio orchestra. The effect was so intimate and affecting. It made our visit to Venice a memory forever. My wife and I celebrated our 44th year of marriage, and this was a perfect experience.

Great New Take On An Old Art form. - It was our first time in Venice and we wanted to get some culture with a twist. This seemed to fit the bill. The performance was amazing and unique with the way it was presented. We loved it and would be happy to attend again.

Opera palazzo is a small... - Opera palazzo is a small group opera performance. What’s interesting is you travel to a different room for each act I have never been to an opera before I read about la traviotta so even though I didn’t understand the language I knew the gist of the story I found it both captivating and beautiful Something cultural and memorable to enjoy in Venice

A Great Night - Neither of us would consider ourselves opera fans. But it seemed like a fun thing to do in Venice. And we loved it. The singers played to the small audience and made it fun to feel like we were part of the play. Two hours of smiling and laughing. And the setting was wonderful.

A taste of opera in an authentic setting - An enchanting experience, especially for us opera novices. The progression into new rooms for each act gave us different views of the performers. The acoustics are fantastic throughout. As others have noted, the first act offers limited visibility for those in the back half of the room, so get there early if you want to avoid that.

A mixed experience - Lovely setting. Variable quality of singers. Difficult to see everything that was going on in first Act. But a fun agreed version of Barber of Seville. Considering the pros and cons, an over priced when compared to other musical evenings in Venice.
