- Isola del Lazzaretto Nuovo - Observe the Island of the New Lazaret. Archaeological discoveries indicate human presence dating back to the Bronze Age. In 1468, a decree by the Senate of the Serenissima established a Lazaretto on the island to prevent infections. The island became a place of “absentia,” where the “quarantine” was prepared for ships arriving from various Mediterranean ports.
- Isola delle Vignole - Observe the island of Vignole, a holiday retreat for the early Venetians. Once known as Biniola, or “of the seven vineyards,” it was a vacation spot for the people of Altino and later Venice.
- Laguna di Venezia - Stop in a “Ghebo” to enjoy some prosecco and appetizers while watching the sunset with its enchanting colors.
