Each gondola can host maximum 5 people; the seat aboard cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier depending of guests weight.
The Gondola Ride does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather or high/low tide (in these cases it can be postponed the days after otherwise it will be refunded)
The itinerary may change in the event of wind or bad weather
The guide will be only on one gondola, the participants on the others gondola will listen to her/him with the audio-devices
The live commentary will be only in English, French, Spanish and Italian. The commentary on German, Japanese, Chinese, Hindi, and Russian will be provided by mobile app downloaded on the own devices.
The live commentary IS NOT included in the PRIVATE OPTION
Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time

Awesome value - Great value and a must do if you're in Venice for the first time. The Gondola ride comes with 5-10 minutes of commentary on the history of Venice prior to the ride. The ride is shared, meaning you will be on the Gondola with other people. After the ride, there is an optional VR experience that details some more history in a very cool VR video seen with a VR headset in which the history is shown to you visually as well as auditory.

Great tour with gondola ride. Exceptional value - Emma was a fabulous tour guide. The tour was amazing value and a great way to explore a small part of Venice. The toot was Informative and interesting. Would highly recommend. The gondola trip was sensational. Even in the rain.

Only complaint is that I... - Only complaint is that I wish we just met where you got on the Gondola and didn't have to walk over there. Other than that the actual gondola ride was great.

Misdirection and not as described. - We did tours in Rome and Florence that were excellent before arriving in Venice. This particular tour was completely underwhelming. The first issue was the meeting point. When we arrived at the prescribed meeting point, we were told it was the wrong one. We were sent back across the city to another point and they were going to put us on a gondola ride that wasn't what we purchased. They sent us to a third point where we finally boarded a gondola. The description was the Grand Canal tour with live English speaking guide. It turned out to be a walk to the gondola by an English-speaking guide which was approximately ten minutes. The gondola barely spent any time on the Grand Canal before turning down a small side Canal that took us around the block back to where we started. Less than thirty minutes and none of the sites on the Grand Canal. The only talking was the gondoleir talking to his buddies on the other gondola. I would not suggest this unless you just want to ride in a gondola for the rides sake. We felt cheated by the end.
