You’ll be provided with a kitchen workstation fully ready with cooking utensils and necessary ingredients. Your host will let you in on the culinary secrets behind three quintessential Bologna dishes - an appetizer, fresh pasta and a dessert, recipes that have been passed down through generations of Italian mothers and grandmothers.
