Professional photos, lots of costumes and a fun time!😃 - Easy to find, near city center and train station. Run by a lovely lady, photos done both on camera and my personal device all looked amazing. A variety of costumes, accessories and backgrounds. Well worth the money if you're looking for a good time and a laugh!😃

Good fun and nice photos - That was great fun, and both me and my partner will have lovely memories of our stay during carnival, now documented with beautiful photos. My only advice to the business is to have more interesting backgrounds and locations inside the place, but with a bit of AI help, I added some interesting backgrounds to my photos to enhance the experience.

Highly recommended as an activity - Very good experience. The owners very attentive, friendly and patient. Dresses that are a little old but play their part. In addition to the 300 photos you take, they take a studio photo and give it as a gift. Absolutely recommended as an activity.

Fabulous fun costume dress-up and photos - Me and my teenage daughter had an amazing time wearing a dress that we had chosen from their rail of men's and women's costumes, choosing accessories such as hats and masks, and having a mini-photoshoot together (included in the price). They are happy for you to take your own pictures as well, and will help you to do so, and there are 5 different areas for backdrops. The lady owner knows lots about the costumes and will help you dress

Super easy, Super fun! Stunning unforgettable photos - This is a must if you're visiting Venice! The dresses, hats and mask are beautiful! She was so patience and creative while taking photos of me. I ended up having soo much fun! This experience is one to never forget! The photos are stunning and almost unreal! She is amazing and amazing to work with. Truly genuine and authentic experience. I will be coming back!

Very nice experience - Very nice experience! We had a lot if fun and laughter! They have a lot of costumes in different sizes, many hats and masks. The spaces is great!

A missed opportunity - could be excellent but needs work - We were rather disappointed with the whole experience. Here are the reasons why: - We arrived on time, as suggested, but had to wait 10 to 12 mins before the session started. It can happen that things overrun - and we have no problem with that, but you expect it to be managed - place to sit, cup of coffee, look at the dresses, explain how things will work, etc. there are plenty of ideas to do so. But nothing happened. Poor show. - We were shown the dresses. While limited in selection and somewhat messy, that was fine. There was quite some flexibility in terms of how the clothes could be fitted - over clothes, etc. which was good. We were then taken to have the pictures taken. Very fast affair. In all I think 3 or 4 pictures were taken which were not shown to us. The photographer chose the picture to be printed and that was that. It would be easy to rig up a second screen so we could have seen the picture prior to it being sent to print. As it happened, we didn't particularly like the picture, yet we had no choice in the matter. - We only got a print. We asked for the picture to be sent by email, but that was not possible. Why not - we would expect a digital print this day and age. - The prints (we got two copies of the same picture - as that was included in the cost, but we were asked whether we really wanted two, we hadn't seen the picture by this time) we got were A5 size. We had expected at least A4 for the cost of the experience. - We were than left to our own devices to take our own pictures, which was fine, and try on some more costumes, hats and masks in front of a number of backgrounds. - We pointed out when leaving that we did not like the picture. If it had been our business, we would have suggested redoing the picture - same or other costumes - and of course sharing the picture prior to printing. - As a last point, the hygiene of sharing dresses, hats and masks is questionable. We would have expected for materials to be wiped between fittings. Some of the masks had lipstick on them - some hats smelled of sweat. In all we thought it was an expensive activity for the service we received. I would have thought the majority of the comments above could easily be remedied to provide a great experience. A real shame.
