Get out and see more of Venice area without the crowds! - The boat trip is a great opportunity to get out and see a different side of the Venice area. There are three distinct areas to visit and a fun boat ride in between each Island. Unfortunately, we missed the Lace Factory because we couldn't find it!

Not Bad - Took this tour on New Years Day. The tour was not bad. We found the tour company without a problem per their instructions. It was cold. A heater would have made the experience more comfortable given the dropping temperatures. The tour personnel would leave the windows open despite the falling temperatures. I wish we could have gone to Torcello first since that is the island with the most history. By the time we got there, it was dark and couldn't see the church I wanted to visit. I wouldn't mind doing this tour again in the summer when the sun goes down later. Also, I wish they could give us a mini guide, simple map, or recommendations of what to visit within the time alloted in each island.

Boring tour - The trip was not what I expected. It was supposed to be in English but several languages were being spoken. Too much time spent in Murano.There was nothing to do there after watching the glass factory display. There was no guidance from the guide. Burano was pretty but boring. The third island they took us was after dark and totally deserted.

Dreadful experience - Dreadful experience. No organisation at all. Boat was overcrowded from beginning. Not enough boats or seats on boats for tickets sold. Not as advertised, left for 3 hours at 1st stop. Not enough time at second stop, rushed through. 3rd stop everything closed. Apparently 2 groups combined but no information given to anyone. No actual tour, no headphones, no one to follow. Then both guides left us stranded at last stop. Weren't interested in giving any direction to all the stranded passengers. Were not returned to advertised drop off point, we had to find own way and expenses incurred. Very , very disappointed and will NOT be recommending this company to my clients.

The tour of despair - Bad experience with this company. We bought tickets for the tour at 12/12.30, but they did not let us on, citing unlikely excuses, as the boat seats were finished. Along with dozens of other unfortunates, they told us to come back at 2 p.m., or to ask for a ticket refund. At the 14/14.30 shift, a similar situation arose, with all those who had 12/12.30 tickets boarding first and those of the next round grounded.

Bad experience ! - Very unorganized, paid extra to get picked up by the hotel and landed up having to walk 20 minutes to get to the boat, left 1 hour late, left stranded at every island waiting for extra boats to pick up passengers, little to no communication, staff were rude - passengers stressed to get on boats first to avoid waiting longer and the tour host paid no attention to anyone - avoid this tour !

Waste of time and money - Waste of time and money. Got an email to say trio had moved to following day, but wasn't reading emails as I was on honeymoon! Wasted all morning then turned up and waited 45 minutes for the trip only to be told by another person waiting that they had been contact and it had been moved to the following day.

Worst trip I've been on - Totally unorganised trip , late start due to too many people l booked on the trip, pick up time at first stop told boat will leave at 3.30 , boat arrived 4pm , next 2 stops Arrived in total darkness ! Waste of money save your euros
