It was great visiting the... - It was great visiting the other islands . The price was great and gave us so much freedom. It was a great day to leave Venice and enjoy some more beauty.

Interesting - Murano and Burano excelente places to be visited, vitro art is marvelous as well as the Burano art, this tour provide a good test of the Venetian culture

Get out and see more of Venice area without the crowds! - The boat trip is a great opportunity to get out and see a different side of the Venice area. There are three distinct areas to visit and a fun boat ride in between each Island. Unfortunately, we missed the Lace Factory because we couldn't find it!

Not great organization - The islands are worth visiting, but there were some things with the specific organisers that were not ok. 1st of all, the itinerary says 60 min in Murano and they had us there for 3 hours, which led to us missing our shuttle back. Also, even though the delay was their fault, when we asked to be dropped off at the other stop, so we can make it to the shuttle in time, they asked us for 20 EUR extra!

Disappointing - We were sent from pillar to post on arrival al at the meeting place, it was a good job we had given ourselves plenty of time. 3 hours on Murano was too much as then we were given and hour on Burano and 30 mins on Torcello. I suggest doing it yourself not doing a tour

Complete disaster and waste of time and money! - If I could give them a zero I would. Don't waste you time and money. They packed us on a boat. Took us to the first island and dropped us off for 3.5 hours. Tour guide and captain were rude as hell. Second Island had a 30 minute stop with on place to visit. Same with the third. They made an unscheduled and unannounced stop on the way back to Venice. We got off thinking we were back. They did not stop us. We had to find our own way back. Worst or the worst. Viatar should be ashamed!

Dreadful experience - Dreadful experience. No organisation at all. Boat was overcrowded from beginning. Not enough boats or seats on boats for tickets sold. Not as advertised, left for 3 hours at 1st stop. Not enough time at second stop, rushed through. 3rd stop everything closed. Apparently 2 groups combined but no information given to anyone. No actual tour, no headphones, no one to follow. Then both guides left us stranded at last stop. Weren't interested in giving any direction to all the stranded passengers. Were not returned to advertised drop off point, we had to find own way and expenses incurred. Very , very disappointed and will NOT be recommending this company to my clients.

The tour of despair - Bad experience with this company. We bought tickets for the tour at 12/12.30, but they did not let us on, citing unlikely excuses, as the boat seats were finished. Along with dozens of other unfortunates, they told us to come back at 2 p.m., or to ask for a ticket refund. At the 14/14.30 shift, a similar situation arose, with all those who had 12/12.30 tickets boarding first and those of the next round grounded.

Bad experience ! - Very unorganized, paid extra to get picked up by the hotel and landed up having to walk 20 minutes to get to the boat, left 1 hour late, left stranded at every island waiting for extra boats to pick up passengers, little to no communication, staff were rude - passengers stressed to get on boats first to avoid waiting longer and the tour host paid no attention to anyone - avoid this tour !
