Lovely experience! - Giancarlo took us to 3 different places so we can try 3 different wine and Cicchetti. What I truly liked is the fact that we walked through the secluded streets of Venice where there are no tourists passing around. He took us through some streets that were empty and yet beautiful away from the crowd. Also the 3 spots were very cozy and not so crowded. The environment was relaxed and he was very kind. Giancarlo also explained some fun facts about Venice and he gave us explanations of what type of Cicchetti we were about to eat :) Cute tour if you want to try different local wine and famous Venetian spritz and know a little more about the different types of Cicchetti. I recommend this tour is great for couples and friends

Great tour! - This tour was a great addition to our trip! We learned some fun history as well as trying some amazing food and wine, from places we truly wouldn’t have found on our own! They also had great vegetarian options too. I recommend to anyone new to Venice for sure :)

Lots of fun and educational - The host gave us a great tour with history of the area. He was a delight. The place with food and wine were excellent. It was nice to go to the local places off the beaten tourist path. Much thanks.

Okay, but could have been better - It was an okay tour throughout Venice our guide, Gianmarco, was nice, but didn’t provide a lot of information about the city or the food. It was more of an escort from one eatery to the next. Aside from the food, our group really enjoyed the other attendees of the tour, it was a nice way to meet new people.

A tour through the city with a glass of wine, but it lacked their stories. - We had a very pleasant group and our guide was nice. However we expected a bit more from the tour and tapas itself. Just a story about the wines or some facts about the city.

Nice guide, interesting fact. Food not so good. - We had been in Venice for a few days before taking this tour so we had already had a chance to enjoy the "tapas" at various places. (You don't call it tapas in Venice.) The tour guide was nice and he offered interesting stories on Venice. He took us and a group of four other couples to three small restaurants around the city. These restaurants had a local vibe and were quiet. However, the food served was not very good compared to many other places we had been to. The bread and breaded items were a little stale. Although these were not tourist-type places, they were not very good.
