Impressive talent - This is a worthwhile tour, especially if you only have one day in Venice. I wish I could have spent more time on both islands. The glass factory was amazing and makes me appreciate the art of glass sculptures and even light fixtures even more. The lace making was just as impressive. September is a good time to go, as it is less crowded.

Well worth it - We were picked up on time and all the logistics were great. We took far too long in Murano without realizing it and then we had to rush Burano. It was out fault how long we took as we were shopping but we didn’t realize how tight we made the backend. They don’t want to rush you but should tell you how you may want to split your time. Burano is worth more time than Murano. Federico was very friendly and we did feel like he was focused (and coached us) on the tip – that’s could be ok.

Must visit and Emma is the best! - We were fortunate to be greeted at Marco Polo by Emma who got us through our transfers all the way to the hotel. After touring Venice, we contacted Emma for a tour of the Glass Factory in Murano and then Burano. What an excellent way to spend the afternoon. The glass was remarkably and Burano extremely unique. Highly recommend this tour and having Emma take you there. You will feel like a family member is showing you around

Great experience - Disclaimer. We were short on time, so used this company for transport to Murano & Burano. Emma & Ferederico were amazing. Their English was great, received a little history of the area. Only thing is if you want to go to multiple factories or shops, then go on your own. This tour goes to only one proprietor. Would highly recommend.

Total Disappointment - We had scheduled a private tour for our family of 7. Days before the tour, we texted the tour company and confirmed the exact meeting location. They did not show up. We texted and called, but did not receive a text back. A man answered the phone, but then hung up. We then texted the parent company, Viator, who was very responsive. Later, we received a call from our tour guide 45 minutes after our meeting time asking for the meeting point address. I told her the tour company has it and had confirmed via text messages and that we cancelled the tour with Viator and expect to receive a refund.
