A wonderful experience - I really enjoyed the whole experience. Very worth the price we paid. Sylvia was very kind and took us to some really nice hidden spots you would not discover by yourself. The pictures were received on time and were of high quality. I really recommend the photo shooting to those who want to immortalise specific moments.

Best last minute decision ever - This was a last minute decision for us to take family photos and I am so glad we did! Konstantina contacted us before the shoot and made sure everything went smoothly. She choose some wonderful spots for our photos and was patient, quick and pleasant. Making us feel immediately at ease. Due to time constraints we had to book at the hottest part of the day. She reached out to offer to change the time if needed but we were unable to. So instead, she chose some well shaded spots to make sure we were comfortable. I can’t wait to see the photos. They will be a wonderful reminder of an amazing trip!

You will not regret! - Konstantina was so lovely to work with and was SO GOOD at her job! She showed us all around Venice and took us to the hot spots and also to quiet canals and other more intimate spots. The pictures are incredible! My husband and I teared up looking at them. They’re honestly better than our wedding pictures 🤣 Konstantina showed us how and where to pose ensuring we still looked natural and not forced. Best money we spent on the trip. 100/10 would absolutely recommend! Thank you Konstantina!

This was a top experience... - This was a top experience of our trip - a unique way to take family pictures in a very special setting. We felt very comfortable with our photographer Konstantina. And the pictures came out beautifully. Highly recommend!

Left with a trainee and incomplete photos - We booked a photoshoot in Venice with Filippo, hoping for a memorable experience. The original time was set for 5:30 PM, but he asked to move it to 5:00 PM the day before. We agreed, but due to being unfamiliar with the area, we arrived about 15 minutes late. Filippo started the session but left us with his trainee after only 20 minutes, which was unexpected and disappointing.
When we later asked for the rest of the photos, Filippo responded that his trainee "didn't have the proper lens for those pics" and sent over what he had. The tone and lack of professionalism in that response left us feeling undervalued as clients. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we would have appreciated clearer communication and more accountability.
