Interesting glass making demonstration - My fellow travelers and I enjoyed this glass making demonstration in a real glass making factory. The host explained the process while the artisan made several different types of Murano glass. We also received a £10 credit to spend in the gift shop where there are many beautiful items to choose from. It was a fun way to learn about this ancient craft.

Works of art in glass - Experience to try, the master glassmaker showed us two very interesting glass processing techniques and made two objects before our eyes. The demonstration lasted half an hour and then we visited the internal factory, where they were exhibited

Amazing artwork - Unfortunately, no German presentation. For someone who does not understand English very well, the story is hard to grasp. But watching the glassblowers is self-explanatory.

Pleasant visit, but short - Briefly the two techniques of glass processing, blown and sculpture were explained.
I would have liked some more information about the master glassmakers and glass processing.

Well presented glass demonstration - Short, well organised, well explained . The tiered seating ensures a good view. They demonstrate both blowing glass and making a horse. The glass master was extremely skilled. The place also has toilets (for those booked on the tour). For a quieter vaporetto back go back from one of the stops that isn’t faro. Much quieter and less of a queue to go back via 4.1 or 4.2.

Expect a hard sell after the demo! - Great demo! My daughter and I really enjoyed seeing the glass horse come to life. After the demo, walking us through the showrooms and giving us the hard sell to buy expensive items was uncomfortable. And the free shipping and 40% discount only applied to high priced items.

Can you experience... - Can you have experienced, but is nothing special and the company then simply wants to sell overpriced products.

Demonstration WA good and... - Demonstration was good and demonstrated how a vase and horse is made. The length was not 40 minutes and only lasted 15-20 min. The rest of the time was walking through the shop un guided where larger pieces were displayed. Had to ask for the credit and discount in the shop that was stated in the ticket.

Great artisans, not so great experience. - I only gave this two stars because of the craftsmanship and work of the two glass makers in the factory part of the tour. They were wonderful and clearly very talented. The rest of the tour felt like a pressure cooker to try and get us to buy something. The “guide” was arrogant and did not answer any questions very well. Nor did he provide much commentary to guide us through what the artisans were doing. At the end, we were shuttled through an extensive display of what we’re gorgeous, glass, sculptures, and other items, and the gentleman essentially hovered expecting us to buy something. I found the whole thing very disappointing. Don’t recommend.
