Beautiful cathedral... - Beautiful cathedral building and a great demonstration - highly recommend this visit if you are in Venice/Murano. The glass artist is extremely talented and kindly let us take photos with his tools after the demonstration. The audio description about the history of glass work was also interesting (in both Italian and English)

Union of elements and intentions - A suggestive place where you can breathe the past, present and future simultaneously. The magic of fire and the elements (water, air and earth are also present). The master glassmaker leaves you speechless as well as the staff and Giuseppe who has enriched us with pieces of history handed down and its essence. We felt welcomed in a "warm"house and the spritz sipped during the demonstration"on" was great. We will return again and again. Thank you.

Glass demonstration - The demonstration was interesting, mesmerising and set in a beautiful venue. The glass blower did not speak any English but the young lady at the door was happy to answer any questions. The demonstration was a highlight of our holiday.

Absolute recommendation, unique ambience - After our own inquiry in a shop in Murano we were referred to the Glass Cathedrale and were not disappointed. The ambience is unique and the production process of some glassware was shown (pot, dolphin, bird). The show was entertaining and very interesting, both for children and adults.

It was fine I guess - While it was very cool to see people blowing glass, there was no explanation through the process, only a 2-3 minute recorded blurb about the history of the island. The artist would make something and before we knew it, it was back in the kiln making something else, like he was trying not to be there any longer than he needed to, never changing the expression on his face.

Interesting demonstration, but loveless... - A very interesting "performance", but unfortunately very loveless and without any comment / greeting etc. Only one audio tape is played in 4 different languages during the screening.

Wrong day. - The location is spectacular, but the experience itself was unsatisfactory. No involvement, no explanation, just a cold demonstration however unsuccessful for technical problems (which, for goodness sake, can happen) resulting in a continuous muttering of the master glassmaker. Without a beginning and an end being declared, at one point we were simply invited to take a tour of the museum (which was quite bare). It was definitely a bad day.

Complete waste of money - Waste of money. We paid £47 for 4 of us to watch a glass working display. During the display, nothing was explained. We watched what we could have seen free elsewhere. Having booked the tour in English we expected some sort of explanation as to what was happening not just 5 minutes pre recorded preamble about Murano in general.
