My family really enjoyed... - My family really enjoyed this tour. We had a relaxing boat ride on a beautiful day, chatted with other travelers, learned about Venice and its islands from our entertaining guide, Rachael, had some free time, and watched the impressive talent of the glass making. I would do it again:). My boys (12 and 15) also had a good time.

Delightful island tour and Murano glass-making demo! - Our family of young boys really enjoyed the simple, delightful boat ride around the Venice lagoon with an amazing, up close view of Murano glass making and a visit to quaint and colorful Burano, where we had a wonderful, easy lunch at Locanda. Our guide was local and cheery and a great escape of the bustle of Venice. Highly recommended.

A wonderful group... - A wonderful group experience on a nice size boat. There were about 17 of us. The captain was an exceptional driver. The guide was extremely knowledgeable. The demonstration was incredible. The glass master is a true master of his craft. However the glass at the factor, although beautiful, seem priced high. Our time on both islands was fantastic and worth the day trip

This was a great way to... - This was a great way to see both Murano & Burano. We had a glass blowing and lace making demonstration. I had been to Murano before, but not Burano. It was such a fun and quaint little island. I absolutely loved it. Our tour guide, Alex, was wonderful as well. He taught us a lot about the topography and geology of the area. It was fascinating!

Disappointed - Our tour guide Alex was very good, the rest of it seemed to be a sales pitch. The glass blowing was great, but we only had the option of visiting their store. Sales people were saying if you wanted something shipped you had to spend a minimum of 700 euros. I was interested at something that was marked at 200 euros and asked if they would ship it and I would pay for it and they said they would only ship it if I bought it’s totaling 700 Then we went to burano to a nice ladies lace store. She just spoke about the lace, we did not see how the lace was made. Again, it was another sales pitch. Not at all what we expected
