Meeting point... - Meeting point instructions were very poor and didn’t match up with Google maps. No one was able to help us find the boat. It was very stressful , thought we were going to miss the trip.

Time in Murano - We enjoyed the glass experience at Murano but at the end we were rushed onto the boat for Torcello The guide did not tell us to leave the glass's making demonstration early so that we could visit the gift shop - we just had two minutes to get on the boat

Abandoned in Burano - I don't recommend it. Very noisy boat engine, better and much cheaper to get on the Vaporetto. At the end of the tour we were left with three people stranded on the last island because they left earlier. They don't have control of the people they carry. Very, very bad.

Skip it and buy a ferry pass and do it on your own!!! - Difficult to find tour operator, and changed boats at second stop, so confused on what boat to get on. No actual tour on land, all self guided. Lecture on boat had horrible speaker systems… unable to understand and lots of loud crackling. Stopped in Torcello at 530-6:15 pm… nothing there, nothing open, nothing to see, but an old church that was closed, but lots of mosquitos! Burano was great, more time needed there!

The worst experience!!! - After 45 minutes of waiting and going from one line to another while people yelling in Italian and not knowing what’s going on, they finally invited us to enter the boat. I’ve done this type of tour two years ago end it was a boat for tourists where we all sad upstairs enjoying the view and the fresh air. This time we sat in the smallest boat where you go downstairs completely closed in and cramped where some guests didn’t even get a seat. The people, odor, and all around horrible atmosphere made me save myself and my son and the last minute I asked to exit. The guy was shouting at me in Italian before we exited the boat and since I didn’t understand that I need to move, he hit my arm lowering the ramp for us and I was finally free and scammed out of money for the a trip I never took. Don’t go with this terrible company!!!!

Rude staff, terrible service - Rude staff made us stand in line for an hour and a half assuring us the entrance and then tell us that the speedboat was full. Bad tourist guide, not available to find a solution! I absolutely do not recommend

Terrible. - Terrible organization. Delays. Crammed like cattle carts into speedboats, people standing. Guide able to follow only one in three groups. That's bad. Shame on you.

Nefarious organization of dock workers... uneducated and ill-tempered people. Getting people in and - Nefarious organization of dock workers... uneducated and ill-tempered people. Getting people in on boats like flocks of sheep..when they are only asked whether or not it is organized by the guide who must collect the tickets... patience do not have, they could already drink a little more water instead of teaching it. Good thing our guide Nicole, thanks to your kindness immense attempt to really make a nice visit again.

This tour is terrible and so is Viator - The tour operator cut the tour short by an hour and a half for no reason we could fathom. We barely had any time to see anything. I asked for a refund and Viator told me to pound sand. Will never book with them or Trip Advisor again.

Not happy paid for 3 island and got 2 island. - Tour was booked at 14h on the 29.5.24, after paying full amount via internet I received an email less than 24h before that the trip was cancelled and they will give me full amount. Called the company and I managed to book at 10h for two island, whilst I paid for 3 islands. Never again I will book through here.
