Amazing Tour - Serena made our tour unforgettable! As a local, she shared incredible stories and insights that brought Venice to life. Her humor kept us laughing, and her knowledge made every moment engaging. From start to finish, she made the experience completely worth it. She guided us through both Murano and Burano, making the tour even more special. Her passion and storytelling added so much depth to these beautiful islands. If you’re looking for a fun, informative, and memorable tour, Serena is the guide to have. Highly recommend!

Great day trip - Monica was awesome and the boat captain was super smooth navigating as well. Know that the first stop in Murano there are sales pitches at the end. But, the demonstration is lovely and worthwhile. It was nice to be efficiently guided and transported around the two islands. And very cute to see the smaller charmer island living. Great day trip!

Fascinating history of... - Fascinating history of glass production over generations of glass artists on Murano. Gorgeous works of Art glass in the New Murano Gallery. Monica was an excellent guide keeping us engaged with the history of Venice, the lagoon, and the islands of Murano and Burano.

The boat is beautiful and... - The boat is beautiful and comfortable, really nice ride around. Murano has some glass making demonstrations and the same souvenirs as Venice, plus very fancy and expensive glass at the factories. Burano was sunny and beautiful to see the bright colors. It’s mostly retired people and tourists coming to take pictures. Not a lot of restaurants but some.

Good to do but can be covered in less time for what you get. - Murano was a cool experience but the glass blowing portion was just a few minutes at the beginning and then 45 minutes to walk through the gallery to see if you want yo buy anything. The lace-making at Burano lasted about 90 seconds and it wasn’t less of a demonstration and more bring told how the process works while a lady sits next to her sewing something we cannot see. The rest of the time at Burano is to eat and shop and the island is very beautiful. The tour guide was knowledgeable but we walked past her at the meet up point in the morning. She had her flag set down behind her and her head down scrolling her phone. She looked like any tourist. She was good for information and very nice but not entertaining like all the tour guides we had in Rome and Florence.

Fine - The murano visit consists entirely of visiting a glass production and gallery space, with no option to go elsewhere. Good tour guide. Burano is cute.

No go public transport in Venice is quite unpredictable - I arrived 5 minutes late and did not go on the tour. They did not answer my two phone calls. I got nothing for my time and my money. Will not book this company again
