Good walk - Time was accurate. We do not visit Murano only the presentation of the glass. It was fine but I did think we'd know a little bit about muraro. Butane only free time but I liked it a lot

So much to see - Very nice tour, would have liked to have had more time on the island of Burano having lunch and visiting all of the shops. Not any fault of the tour, just didn’t realize there was so much to see.

Murano and Burano boat trip. - Very enjoyable boat trip to Murano and Burano, we enjoyed the glass blowing demonstration at Murano and loved the colourful houses and town of Burano, only issue is that we would have like more time in Burano, after a quick lunch, there was not much time to look around. Also a little confusing finding the right boat in the morning at the start.

Murano tour - We had a stressful start as at no point does your booking information explain that there is a stand to exchange your ticket. We were sent a mobile ticket and an address. We arrived at the address on the waterfront, lots of tour guides but no one knew where we were to meet our guide. I managed to find a stand selling tours, only to be told I was at the correct place, gave me the tickets and told us to run as we had 3 bridges to cross to meet our guide... 10 minutes away! More information is required on the booking please! The tour was worthwhile. We enjoyed Burano more than Murano as there was more to see and do.

Transportation to and from, no interactive guide as expected. - Not what was expected. Transportation can be secured with much quicker public ferry service for much less expense. We watched public ferry fly by while we chugged along wasting time.

It was ok.... - It was ok. You’re really just paying for transport to and from the islands. We couldn’t hear the guide properly on the boat. There’s no guide with you once you’re on the islands.

Not enough time - In Murano After watching the glass blowing/creating and having to go upstairs to look around the art gallery there was nearly any time to look at the other shops or explore the island, needed at least another 30 minutes there

Beautiful Burano, too touristy in Murano. - We were delayed making it on time for our morning tour, but luckily, the booth woman got us on the afternoon tour - for an additional 5 Euros. The stop in Murano was a quick demo and basically time to shop in that shop. It really wasn't going to a glass shop but a tourist set up. Burano had a little introduction upon arriving, then time to wander around and shop. It was beautiful. I think though both were basically just transportation to the places vs a tour.
