Good tour once we found the meeting point - We had real difficulty locating where to meet the group, but once at the correct meeting point, the cruise was very enjoyable. The person speaking over the announcements was very clear and interesting. I think a little more time should be given in the Murano part of the trip and a little less in the Burrano part.

Burano 🔝They wall like this - Burano is very beautiful, there are no buildings or skyscrapers but only 1- or 2-storey houses and all colorful. There are no roads but only the canal of the lagoon that crosses it and many bridges to pass from one side of the shore to the other. Murano, on the other hand, is full of craft shops of the famous Murano glass and there are also furnaces where you can see the glass processing; the country is less beautiful. We used the daily ferry ticket to see Murano, Burano and Torcello and it costs 25€ (a bit high as price).

Murano and Burano half day tour. - Do not choose the option to be picked up at the Train Station (KFC) as the tour did not return to this location! Guide suggested the 35min walk back. Fortunately, I was familiar with the Vaporetto so could get back to my pick up point. The glass making was great but short... the most time was spent with a sales pitch for the shop. Save your money and walk down the path a bit, same items for half the price! Actual time on the islands is minimal.

They advertise as max of... - They advertise as max of 15 people but was more like 50 on the boat. You cannot understand the tour guide as she talks so fast. You also don't get much time on each place.

Don't expect Trip Advisor to have a sign! - The description of where to meet was not very specific. We were at the right place in Palazzo Cornoldi and never saw a flag or banner or sign for TripAdvisor or for Viator. We finally joined a huge group on a big boat, and I have no clue if we were on the right tour. It certainly wasn't a group of 15 or less! It was badly managed, and the tour guide spoke in 4 different languages! The sound system on the boat was bad and the guide's accent was thick, so there was little understanding what she said. We were crowded into a workshop on Murano for a fairly forgettable presentation. There was only free time in Burano: no lace making demo. And I would hazard the guess that most of the souvenirs are made in China, at least the cheaper ones. The tour guide left the ship in Murano on the way back to Palazzo Cornoldi.

Buy a Venice Day Pass instead - The islands were beautiful however the tour didn’t add much to the experience. We bought a day pass to travel around Venice for £25. We could have used that pass and travelled to the islands ourselves. We were left to explore the islands ourselves whilst I expected something similar to a walking tour with a local guide. So it was £35 for transport to 2 islands at a fixed time!

A disastrous experience, absolutely not recommended - 419 / 5.000 A terrible experience, the boat broke down and we were made to wait 45 minutes to get on a small and dangerous boat where we did not fit, with people from other countries sitting on the floor. It looked like a small boat. They wouldn't let us down, one person had an anxiety attack... babies crying... They gave us 45 minutes to Murano and Burano, enough time for a short walk, and that was it. No information. Rude staff.... TERRIBLE.

A bad experience - A mess. First we left almost an hour later than planned because the boat had broken down, they sent two small boats in which we did not change all and we had to make one journey standing and another sitting on the ground. Embarrassingly, the guide and driver received complaints from all over the world, when the responsibility lay with the company that runs the boats. We were bitter one day that could have been very nice. A shame when the solution was as easy as looking for a bigger boat.

Watch out overbooking! Run away! - We had booked via get your guide an excursion on April 26 at 10:30 for a duration of 4 hours. Arrived at 10:15 as requested, the boat was full, the boatmaster asks us to sit on the ground, which we refuse. We are being asked to leave without any excuse. The organizer tells us that we must return at 2:30 pm for another excursion of 2:30 instead of 4 hours. A good ten people were refused. We had something else planned. They refused to pay us back. Attention, this company practices the sale of seats that do not exist. Go see someone more serious.
