A definite to do! - Trip was great! Very informative and had plenty of time to explore the two islands on my own. Highly recommended

Well worth it - This would have been a 5 only you couldn’t hear the guide on the boat so were unable to listen to the commentary. Seats on the boat very uncomfortable

Great tour - Great boat experience.
Murano had a murano glass making demonstration then had a few minutes to walk on the pier.
Burano was so pretty. We had 1 hour to explore on our own. Had lunch at probably the best place in italy.

The ending did us in… - The tour itself was fine. We enjoyed seeing Murano and Burano. But, understanding the tour guide was very difficult. She was very fluent in 4 languages, but maybe a pause between the translations would help. What really upset us was the end. The tour was supposed to end at 2:30 where we were picked up. It was almost 3, and they stopped at the 2nd pickup- St Marks square. Then, they told us they were unable to take us back to KFC. We were left scrounging and trying to get back to the train station. It ended up costing us 50 euros and an hour of our time. We missed our train and had to buy another ticket.

Fair - The circuit remains beautiful, however, the Guide does not speak correctly in French. According to the Reservation, the Check-out and Arrival point is the same, outside the boat stopped at another stop, no clear indications were given for us to find our Check-out point, moreover taxi fares are expensive, with two young children, it is not easy, so we had to Point of Sale long time , and get lost obviously.

It was an ok trip. - The trip says you will have a lace demonstration and that never happened nor was it available to see. The other thing it promotes is a small group no more than 15 people and there was well over 50 people in our group. Although it says English speaking you could barely understand the lady. I gave it a 2 because the islands were nice to see and transportation was good but definitely could have used more time on both.

Very disappointed & upsetting! - Don’t book! The tour operator over subscribes! We arrived for this trip in the morning to be told by the guide that there was no more seats on the boat for myself & family. She told us we could try the next excursion in the afternoon but there would no guarantee we could get on with our tickets. We couldn’t do the afternoon anyway as we were going back to Milan, we only came for 1 night and we have 2 young children who were really upset that we couldn’t do the trip as they had been excited about going on a boat trip!

Overbooked and left half of group stranded! - Overbooked their tour and left us on departure dock! We booked via our hotel who had confirmed our spots for the tour. We got to the dock 30 mins early and were the first ones to “check-in” with the company representative. Eventually lots of people showed up and the agent asked everyone to line up. We had a toddler in a stroller and was pushed off to the back of the line. When the boat finally came it was clear it wasn’t going to fit everyone. Half of the group loaded and they started the boat with the agent yelling back as the boat went off saying they are full and to call the office to rebook or refund. Left half of the people stranded! Never been in such a ridiculous situation with a confirmed tour. Do not use this group!

BOOK ANYTHING BUT THIS - The boat was late. We took a small boat to a bigger once which is not mentioned anywhere in the trip details. The group didn't even fit in the boat and many were stuck standing. A few people were left on the dock.
The tour guide was impossible to understand and was turning off the microphone mid-sentence to take phone calls and puff her vape.
The group was HUGE at least 50 people - not the 15 they promise.
BOOK WITH ANYBODY ELSE!!!!!!! THIS TOUR WAS HORRIBLE

Bad experience - Had to walk 2km from meeting point to boat. No narrative. Not clear when boat was leaving each stop. Dropped 4 kilometers from meeting spot, spent 60 additional Euros for boat taxi back. Terrible experience
