Comfortable, relaxed tour in the ghetto. - We really enjoyed the Jewish Ghetto tour in Venice with Lucia. We learned so much about the history of the Jewish people in Europe and Venice. Loved the cat shop in the ghetto. Enjoyed learning about its heros and martyrs. Got to taste the kosher bakery goods as well. Got good advice about the city. Very meaningful tour.

Incredible experience with Lucia! - This was one of our best experiences in Venice. Lucia was a thoughtful, charming, insightful tour guide who made this experience one that we will always remember. I had read great reviews on her and she surpassed them. If you want to take a tour of the Jewish ghetto or any other other guides that she offers don’t hesitate as she books up fast!

Insightful tour into the lesser know neighborhood of Venice - We did the Jewish Gheto tour with Lucia and it was absolutely incredible. She is full of great knowledge about the city and the neighborhood and the culture. Lucia also gives a lot of history about Venice before the ghetto was formed and the reasons behind it and the changes since. It’s a great look into a lesser known hidden part of town away from the crowds and I would absolutely reccomend her tour!

Wonderful tour with friendly intelligent guide - Great tour. Learned a lot and had fun. Lucia is a wonderful tour guide. Gave a deep historical background which was great context for what we saw in the Ghetto. She is passionate about the subject and she shared a variety of perspectives on the history. She gave people the chance to ask questions and gave thoughtful replies. We had the chance to meet a working artist who gave more history and another perspective. She even treated us to gelato at the end of the tour and shared her restaurant recommendations. Will recommend this tour to friends

Excellent guide - Excellent tour. Lucia was extremely knowledgeable with a very engaging & friendly manner. We were with our 13 year old granddaughter & Lucia managed to hold her attention and she was able to enjoy and learn at the same time. I highly recommend Lucia if you are looking for an English speaking, knowledgeable guide in Venice.

Informative, entertaining and poignant - This was my second tour with Lucia (the first was so good we just had to do another one). In this tour she guided us around the Jewish Ghettos explaining in a both entertaining but poignant way about the history of the place. She pointed out things that we would never have seen otherwise. Her enthusiasm for the place is infectious.

Fascinating, moving, & one-of-a-kind tour - The best tour we had in all of Italy. This is such an important subject & very moving. Lucia is passionate, knowledgeable & warm. She kept us engaged & she is a wonderful story teller. We especially enjoyed walking through and visiting the kosher restaurants & art galleries. I recommend this highly to everyone. It was so nice to have a tour that is not typical.

An unforgettable tour. - Lucia was a FABULOUS tour guide. She showed us really interesting off the beaten track places. She offered history, facts and perspective to this fascinating area of Venice — all in her excellent English and charming manner. I highly recommend Lucia over any of the other tour guides we encountered along the way. A very special day.

I would have liked to move more and see more of the Jewish Ghetto and learn a bit less - Generally an interesting tour and our guide (Lucia) was very nice. However, the tour was a lot more about learning and listening than seeing. It felt like we were stopping every 10 steps and listened to 15 min of lecture. 10 more steps, another lecture. While the information was interesting, I would have liked to move more and see more of the Jewish Ghetto and learn a bit less.
