Me (3 years of tog experience )and my boyfriend ( with no yoga experience ) joined his sunrise yoga class , and Ayush tailor made the flow for us, making sure both of us can enjoy the process and have some take aways. The teacher is highly experienced and sensitive to each student’s condition. When I had pain in my right knee, he immediately modified the asanas to avoid discomfort. He also sensed my shallow breathing due to stress, and gently included breathwork that helped me regain balance. It’s a beautiful moment to return to yourself—away from the noise of the world. A must-visit experience in Varanasi.

Perfect flow - Due to flooding during monsoon, my class was in Ayush' studio. Had it not been been for google maps and my friend, I don't think I would've found it! Such a labyrinth of alleys to walk down. That is the only downside. The class was awesome and Ayush was very helpful and attentive. He provided advice on asanas and to get the most from each shape. Ayush was very easy to understand and follow along with.
