A Pleasant Lounge To Kill Some Time - We had an unexpected layover in Helsinki for 8 hours and decided to try the lounge. We arrived at around 9am and it was very quiet. Melody was very helpful. We booked the lounge downstairs, the. Walked up and entered - it was that easy. Our ticket included a shower, which was clean and well presented (and includes a toilet). The food was good, there’s enough out to feed whoever is there and it tasted good. The seats are comfortable and there are several overlooking the airport. The seats have EU plug sockets and USB charging ports - the charge is relatively slow but better than nothing. Toilets were clean too. I would recommend this lounge if you have time to kill. Don’t book direct, use Trip Advisor or one of the similar sites and get it at half price.

Airport lounge with real food - Popped in on the way through the airport and had I realised there were so many vegetarian options I would have allowed more time. The lounge has plenty of seats, booths and wifi access. There is a filtered water tap to refill water bottles. Food options include soup, cooked dishes (including vegan options) as well salads and fresh bread. Hot drinks and wines available too.

Wonderful place to relax, drink and eat - Staff are polite and friendly especially Kenneth. The atmosphere is quiet. The food 🥘 is tastety and have enough drinks to quiche your thirst.

Great staff and comfortable modern lounge - Food and beverage selections were great. The furniture is comfortable lounge decor is modern and inviting. The staff is professional, courteous and always willing to help especially Paolo and Ilona.

Got lucky to find this place - The food is yummy, more asian and flavorful. Paolo greeted us at the front and he was very welcoming and accommodating. It was a relaxing place overall.

Pleasant revisit to PPL Helsinki-Vantaa - While this round the visit was shorter, but my third visit to this lounge does not disappoint. Food is tasty (small selections but not a problem), and very responsive staff working hard to ensure the place is ready for new visitors and visitors are well taken cared of. Special thanks to Haithem who always answered our requests/question with a smile. Wished I could spend a little more time but the checkin process today was extremely long. I will look forward to my next visit to PPL Helsinki.

Minimal time to rest and refresh- both times we waited in a long line in front of the reception and then waited again. - We visited the Aspira lounge twice. Unfortunately both times we had to wait in line before we even got to reception and again had to wait at reception because the lounge was full. We had little time as we visited it between connection flights. Finally a place was found for us. The receptionist was nice. The food was average, the selection was smaller (dishes were repeated). Both my husband and I have Priority Pass and we visit lounges regularly at all airports and we think that Helsinki airport deserves a bigger lounge where people can really relax and have refreshments in peace and not spend most of their time waiting for a seat. Convenient lounge - There was only a sign on the floor, so the entrance to the lounge was difficult to find and I ended up walking right past it once. The atmosphere inside was nice, but there were quite a few seats so it doesn't seem to have a sense of openness when there are a lot of customers. There was a decent selection of food and drinks and they were all delicious. There was also a shower room, but I didn't use it so I don't know how much they cost. It's outside the Schengen area so it was good that you could stay until the last minute. Overall, it was an average lounge.

Lunch before london - Good food. Nice atmosphere. Would have bebe nice to have sparkling wine. Location was good. Will come next time also. 😊😊
