Baggage Pick-up at the Cruise Terminal:
- Follow the Map: When ready to collect your luggage, use the map provided during drop-off to find the storage area.
- Present Your Claim Ticket and ID: Show your Baggage Claim Ticket and a valid ID to the guest service agent at the Day Storage location.
- Pick-up Deadline: All bags must be collected by 3:30 PM. If not retrieved by 5:00 PM, they will be moved off-site and incur additional fees ($75 per bag) for transportation and extra storage time.
- Need Assistance?: If you have any questions or require directions, our team is just a phone call away to assist you.

Left me hands-free! - It was a great service. Arrived very early in Vancouver and we couldn't check-in at the hotel yet. Left our bags there so we could tour the city. So glad didn't have to carry our bags around all day. Price was very reasonable too. Will definitely use it again next time I'm here.

Super helpful for cruise passengers. - Had time to kill after getting off our cruise ship. This service was so easy to use, and the staff
gave us great local tips too.
Coming off a cruise with a whole day ahead, we were thrilled to find a storage spot so close to
Canada Place. Bags were kept secure and staff were awesome.

Secure and easy to access - I had a late flight and wanted to check out Stanley Park without carrying my roller bag. Their storage location was secure and easy to access.

Easy drop-off and friendly staff - We had a few hours between our cruise disembarkation and our flight, and this luggage storage was a lifesaver. Easy drop-off, friendly staff, and right downtown.

Highly recommend the stow bag service! - Excellent service! We booked a reservation to stow our bags the evening before getting off the cruise ship. We found the staff outside of the cruise terminal at Canada Place easily. ViPul was fabulous with helping us add an extra bag outside of the reservation. Both staffers could not have been more kind and helpful. We enjoyed our day in Vancouver with a revisit to the Marine Building and a leisurely stroll through Van Dusen Gardens. We told the staff we would be back at 3:00 pm and our bags were waiting for us. I highly recommend the Great Canadian Trolley Company for the baggage stow service as well as their touring services. We had a great day with no worries about the safety of our bags.

Extremely courteous and great service - Signed up just to give my remarks regarding this. They were extremely courteous and the service was pretty much exactly what we needed. Just wanted to recommend this since I did not see a lot of previous remarks and thought it was a bit of a shame.

Great, fitting choice for us - Great.. We spent most the day walking around parts of town and needed a place to store our valuables somewhat close to the different spots we wanted to check out.

Great hidden luggage store - Very good, safe and secure, nice staff.
It was difficult to find, instructions were very vague.
In the ‘how to get there’ section was a general map and address. Both were wrong. It should have said, leave cruise centre. Look for Hop on Hop off trolly staff, outside, blue hats, red polos. ! Once we found them was like clockwork.

Storage facility is not next to the terminal. - I struggled to find this storage after purchasing tickets in advance. I did eventually find staff and found out that you give your luggage to them and they take it approx 10 minutes away to a storage office, when you want your luggage back you ask them to fetch it for you. I did not feel comfortable using the service as I wanted to go sightseeing before my cruise and was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find a staff member and retrieve my luggage in time. I ended up paying a hotel next to the terminal to store our luggage. think it should be made clear that the storage facility is not next to the terminal.

Avoid - Terrible experience. No idea where to take luggage, they said someone would be outside and wasn’t. Complete waste of 50 minutes. Stored in hotel for cheaper price in the end.
