So worth it - What a great experience. Staff are so friendly and easy to find. Great value for money. It's a free shuttle bus to the suspension bridgexwhich leaves every 15 minutes which enabled us to go and return when we wanted to. Both experiences were excellent and with it being near Halloween the decorations were an extra benefit

Touristy but amazing - The seaplane gets a full 10/10. Brittany was an amazing pilot for our small group, she was super sweet and took care of us with ease. Such amazing views from the air, I have no complaints. The Capilano Suspension Bridge was great, it was just very over crowded, which is to be expected. A lot of people taking photos so a lot of stopping and waiting. The Cliffwalk was more fun than the Treetops Adventures as it was less crowded and still had the same amazing views! We stopped to get food from Beary Waffles and that was delicious as expected!

Fantasy day trip - What a fabulous trip/day out. We were lucky and the weather was just perfect. We were treated very well and professionally by Harbour Air and after the seaplane, we hopped on a bus which took us to the Capilano suspension bridge which was stunning all round the rainforest. Would highly recommend this day out to anyone.

Great Floatplane Experience - We had a lovely flight thanks to our pilot Sean, a wonderful view over the whole of Vancouver and surroundings. Quite an experience taking off and landing on water. Capilano was a good experience, but way overpriced at nearly £40 per person

Well worth it! - The sea plane flight was really worth it. The views over Vancouver were stunning. There was a free shuttle to Capilano that ran every 15-30 minutes which was great. Capilano was great - very busy. Suspension bridge was cool.

Seaplane Tour and Capilano Suspension Bridge - The views of Vancouver from the seaplane were jaw dropping. The photos don’t do them justice. One thing I will say is you take all your photos through the windows so there is a glare on the photos from the glass. Capilano was so much fun! Definitely worth a visit!

Fun - Airplame ride was a somewhat crowded experience but we got a very exciting view of the entire area. Very nice but crowded. While the included Capilano swaying suspension foot bridge is not necessarily a good idea for the elderly as the more crowded it gets the more it weaves and sways. Expensive but the enormous beautiful, park, pond and facilities make it a must see and it's educational. Enjoy BnE

Average Tour, suspension bridge was great - Our flight time had changed, and the email went into my junk so we arrived way earlier than our flight time, the staff explained that they can change the times if you book externally if the flight doesn't get filled. Luckily it was fine, as it was only half an hour, but if it had changed to a much later time, we would have ran into a problem as we had plans that night. The flight it's self was lovely and the views were exceptional. Only issue is thst, if you are in a two as I was, it is a functional plane so one person has the window and one person has the seat next to you, essentially the aisle, as the pilot told us twos had to sit together and leave the single seats. So this meant that one person had to lean over constantly to try and see the views, as the windows are slightly lower than normal. It wasn't a turn off, but it would have been great if everyone was able to get window seats somehow. Another thing that could be a put off is that there is no guide explaining where you are or what you can see, this didn't bother me, but my friend was like it would have been nice to know what we were looking at: the pilot did explain where we were going to be flying at the start but due to us not really knowing where we were it was forgotten what he said. What i do think is slightly misleading is that it sounds like the free shuttle is through this ticket, but it is infact provided free by the city, so all you would need to do is go to Canada Place and get the free shuttle, most hotels also provide a schedule, and then by the tickets there, not sure how much they are though. The issue we ran into was at capilno bridge and not for any of their fault. We arrived and it turned out that the harbour air was supposed to give us a specific receipt so they could see we have done the flight etc but they didn't and no one even said anything about a receipt or anything and they seen my actual trip advisor booking email. So the people at the bridge had to take details and phone the harbour air, and as I said they were great, and they alluded to the fact this has happened a few times, but we only had to wait 5-10minutes as the manager there said that they would deal with the paperwork at their end so they gave us our tickets and we were on our way. The suspension bridge is lovely and was very sweet and Halloween themed and it was so fun.
