A Whale of a Time - Awesome time, we saw a humpback, multiple orcas and a great boat. The captains/naturalists were great with intimate knowledge and story telling.

Awesome Adventure - This trip was awesome. My husband and I were celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary. It was the perfect adventure for our celebration. The seaplane was exciting and the whale watching was beautiful. We had a beautiful day. Glad we bundled up because it got cold out on the water. We saw a family of Orcas and also some sea lions, a bald eagle, and some porpoises. Our guide was great! Very much recommended.

A fantastic adventure - Although it was a rainy day in Vancouver we took off on time and once on the boat the weather was dry. We did see humpback whales, which made our day. I even got to fly in the cockpit passenger seat on the return seaplane flight. A lively day!

A very rewarding experience - We saw many humpback whales, sealing, seals, and even a couple bald eagles. It was a super clear day and the views were stunning. We even saw a Grey Whale which from what I heard is more rare.

Great way to spend a day on Victoria - Plane ride was by far the best way to get to the island. We had plenty of time to experience downtown before the boat trip. Be prepared for a cold, bumpy ride, but it will be worth it. We were able to see a humpback, sealions and seals.

Ingress to spend a day. - I enjoyed the seaplane rides coming and going the best. The whale watch was just Ok. No breaching whales but the crew was remarkable and informative. I did expect to be on a pontoon boat but this covered one was ok. They said they would switch the people from Up stairs to down stairs but that never happened. Walk between boat and plane was long. They should have shuttled people.

Shop around more! - The people we met on the boat. Confusion about where to catch the boat, sometimes using Harbor name and then Orca. Poor signage. Better planning for boat return to dock and seaplane times. We had to run to be in time to check-in for return seaplane to Vancouver.

Disappointing experience - I’m extremely disappointed with the service. It was bad enough that I paid £504 for me and my daughter to do the seaplane trip. We were informed to late that the trip was not going ahead. Wasted the morning flying over to Victoria. To be told I was getting boat trip refunded. Then I was told I was getting full refund for the whole trip as they should have been informed earlier. I waited weeks for the refund and now to be only given £142 dollars hasn’t even covered the cost of having to rebook another boat trip in Vancouver. These trips were booked well in advance. I certainly will be thinking twice about using Viator again.

0/0 - There were no results for I booked a two tickets and did a mistake on my booking dates! called them within 10 mintues and they asked me to pay £300 to change the date or to pay £150 to cancel the booking ! it"s unfair when you call in less then 10 mintes to correct a mistake
