Tour Vancouver in Comfort - My sister and I booked a five - hour Senior tour of Vancouver from 1 PM to 6 PM on a Sunday. Our guide and driver Tony was superb. Knowledgeable and amiable, he took us to all the major sights/sites and anywhere we requested.
Tony knows the city well, and navigated everywhere with ease. We enjoyed an interlude at the Granville Market / Granville Island; visits to Stanley Park, Queen Elizabeth Park + Conservatory; views of False Creek / Vancouver Harbour, West Vancouver, English Bay Beach and other beaches; drives through / around Gastown, Chinatown, Downtown, the West End.
My sister and I would highly recommend GlobalDuniya Tours and Tony as a guide: They rate ten out of ten stars. You'll enjoy every minute of your tour.

This was undoubtedly the... - This was undoubtedly the very best way to get a complete overview of the city of Vancouver. Tony, our guide, was exceptionally thorough , giving us history, background information and general information. He was extremely accommodating—always inquiring about our interests. In all honesty we could not have asked for a better tour guide. From the moment he picked us up his main concern was to give us the very best experience!

Excellent tour - Our guide/driver, Gaby, was wonderful, she gave us the grand tour and plenty of time to explore each area. She was a careful driver, professional and very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend. We would not have been able to see so much without this tour.

Excellent tour experience... - Excellent tour experience with Anant. Great communication, very relaxed, informative and overall pleasant. He was accommodating and adjusted the itinerary based on our interests. Highly recommend Anant and this private, more boutique tour experience.

You get to see and... - You get to see and experience just about everything there is to see in the Vancouver BC area--something I don't think you would be able to do on a tour bus or on your own.

Expensive Taxi Ride - There was nothing "Amazing" about this experience, this was just a very expensive taxi ride. Our driver, Suresh, was nice and drove well enough. He moved to Vancouver in the last 3 years and did not know much about the area; basic questions about our stops could not be answered (why is it called Gastown?, who was Stanley?, etc). After a few stops we wound up just Googling places ourselves.
Additionally, this company reached out to us at 5:00 PM the night before the tour asking to reschedule our tour to the afternoon, 5 hours later than booked. We could not do that due to our limited time in the area and our dinner reservation.
Beware, when I called Viator customer service I was told that a "tour" was definitely not included with our booking. Based on the other reviews they may have knowledgeable guides/drivers, that was just not our experience.
In the future, I will look for tour experiences with more in-depth reviews and try to avoid the Viator "sponsored" first search items. They make it too easy and in this case we paid the price.

Not great - Our tour was more like a $1200 Uber ride between tourist locations. The car was clean, the driver was timely and friendly, but he had very little information to share about Vancouver. We really expected more of a running commentary rather than being dropped off at tourist locations to explore on our own. I really didn’t enjoy the ride down a street to see the devastating unhomed and narcotics issues capped off with someone vomiting on the street. Too much reality for a family tour.

Four forgettable hours - It probably depends on what driver you get. But while our driver was a very nice guy, the tour was a dud. Half our ride was spent in silence unless my mom and I spoke to each other. Very little narration on what we were seeing and when we were given something it was thrilling: “The park has horse tours” as we drove by a horse tour. Or “This area is called English Bay. They’re building something here.” We drove by the girl in a wetsuit statue and almost missed it because nothing was said about it. Even after I pointed it out.
We were not able to stop or offered the ability to stop and take photos of many things. We were driving by too fast to see them. Again, with very little or no information given about them other than “There are totem poles. They’re very old.”
It claimed to be customized to our tastes but we weren’t given any option on what we saw. We did have tickets included to the botanical garden and lookout tower, and those were enjoyable but honestly, you could do all this on your own for half the price. At $600 this was a complete waste of money.
I’ll give an extra star because the car was immaculately clean and our guide was an outstanding driver. And he was a really nice guy. Otherwise, I was extremely disappointed.

Four forgettable hours - Should title tour 4 forgettable hours. Complete waste of $1000. Tour guide was dull and lacked knowledge about Vancouver. Hard to understand. Poor driver with a vehicle that was uncomfortable for 4. Had to use Waze to navigate the city.
