- Must show up 30 minutes in advance in order to prepare for the trip! Don’t be late, the boat wont wait!
- It is recommend that you dress in layers and wear flat, closed-toed shoes; temperatures are at least 10 degrees cooler on the water than on land, so bring a windbreaker or jacket; you will be provided with a cruiser suit to wear over your clothes, which is required by Transport Canada to ride aboard the Zodiac
- It is recommended that you bring a plastic bag to keep your camera dry on the boat if you plan to bring it
- Please note: You may get wet during the ride
- MAKE SURE TO SIGN YOUR WAIVER BEFORE ARRIVAL - FOUND IN YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL
- Operates in most weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- A minimum number of passengers must be reached
- Not suitable for anyone with a history of serious medical conditions, including but not limited to, back or neck injuries, recent surgery, and/or current or suspected pregnancy.
- Passengers under 4ft/120cm in height and 50lb/23kg in weight also cannot join (typically applies to children under 7 y.o.)

Great experience with teens. - We had a fantastic excursion around the city and harbour. Our captain, Sasha, was amazing. She showed us all of the sights and gave us heaps of information about the local area.
Our teens loved this experience too, especially the speed side of it. Great time had by the whole family.

Amazing experience - The tour with Prince of Whales was an amazing piece of experience! It was both interesting and exciting as our captain Connor did his best to meet the groups expectations. The views to see were incredible, the info to hear was intetesting on every trip point and the captain showed the great skill of navigating through the waves! Our kid liked the speed so much and the elders had fun as well!

This zodiac harbor tour was the best! - We booked this tour at the last minute when another plan didn’t pan out, but we were so glad we did! A fun, fast, and entertaining view of the city, with the wind in our hair and the spray in our faces! Thanks, Captain Dawson, for a terrific time! A highlight of our trip to Vancouver. Highly recommend!!

Memories Made - What a fun experience! Super easy to book and cancel which I had to do beforehand but so thankful we were able to make it work because man did we ever have some fun. Our guide Connor knows how to bring the good time. We were so blessed to get a great tour of the city harbor and some extra bonus sightings on our way back in. The weather was perfect, fish were jumping, the waves were rolling and we were thrilled.

Fun for all ages! - My two kids (8 and 12) and I went on this tour this past week and had THE BEST time!!!! Sasha was so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and fun!!! Everyone in the office was lovely. Our tour almost got cancelled because there weren't enough bookings (was late in the day on a Friday) but I have a hunch they padded the boat so we could do the tour. Would highly recommend this adventure as a great and thrilling way to see the city.

Tour EN zodiac - Nice simple walk. Beautiful
Weather during DE this activity. Provide sunglasses for the wind which is strong and a cotton wool. The guide is available for all questions. Very nice.

Good Time - Excellent sightseeing tour. Dawson gives a good commentary. Kids (12, 13) enjoyed it as well. You may get wet but you will dry off likely before shore if it’s a nice day. You can leave items in a lock box at the dock. No concerns.
