Would recommend - This was a lovely experience. Booked for the first sailing of the day (11am) which was quiet. Plenty of comfortable seating in the upper deck. Commentary via a speaker in English (with the captain letting us know any additional sightings- harbour seals in our case). AudioMe Tours App available for other languages, with additional details too Staff very attentive and plenty to see around the harbour. Would definitely recommend

Good for people with mobility issues! - In our group of 4, 2 of us had mobility issues so this was a wonderful way to see Vancouver. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The narration was informative but not overwhelming (like talking all the time). They gave us the details then added things as they were happening if needed. I would definitely recommend this trip!

This was a nice outing.... - This was a nice outing. It was more about the industrial production in Vancouver and that was okay. We enjoyed being on the water

Decent-Average - I have been on many of these types of trips over the years and this one rates as just average. In the others the crew was more engaging. On this trip I almost felt like the tour was being narrated by a recording(and maybe it was?) No interaction with the audience, no jokes, nothing but a ride. Overall an average experience, but nothing great.

Inexplicably dumb and rude ticket policy needs to be changed - The inexplicable fact that one cannot move a reservation -- even to a same day cruise -- and one that has *plenty* of availability -- is insane to me, and caused our entire party incredible stress. Our party of four, which included two elderly parents, booked four tickets on the earliest of 3 cruises -- were struggling to make the cut-off time after suffering a fall, and I called to inquire about moving our reservation to a different cruise that day, and was told that was not possible, and that we would lose the entire ticket sum for four tickets. We pushed and with some pain, eventually made it, while being rudely admonished several times for being late and causing trouble for hundreds of other passengers (there were not hundreds). It was very stressful and unpleasant. The cruise itself went well. Upon leaving, I couldn't help but notice the extremely modest group of passengers awaiting the next departure. I cannot for the life of me understand why they wouldn't allow us to move our tickets. Dumb and, in our case, almost cruel.

Unhappy - Pre-booked , walked all the way from downtown Vancouver . Sat on the jetty for 20 minutes and then informed tour cancelled. Due to insufficient passengers .

Given incorrect sock number and missed our excursion - Waited at Dock B as instructed, but found out too late we were not at the correct dock and too late to hustle to meet our boat…very sad we didn’t get the experience and lost our money for 4 too…😞
