Not the day we Planned - Hard to rate something that was a ‘no show.’ Purchased tickets from TripAdvisor well in advanced. Were to be picked up at the Blue Horizon at 10 am. We were there by 9:15. The trolly hadn’t arrived by 10:45. Calling their direct number went to voicemail. As we were inside speaking with the concierge it pulled up. The tour had been cancelled but the trolly could take us and 6 other angry people to Stanley Park. Jean was a sweet, knowledgeable tour guide and promised us we would get our money back - but I’ll be pleasantly surprised as we purchased through you.

Never Showed - Six adults (on three separate reservations) booked the four hour city tour a month before our scheduled tour. The week prior I emailed and phoned numerous times to reconfirm our city tour. No reply and no one returned my calls. Fingers crossed we arrived at Library Square fifteen minutes before our scheduled pick up. No trolley arrived. I tried calling and emailed with no response. After waiting an additional thirty minutes past our scheduled pick up time, we decided to walk to the Blue Horizon Hotel which is a pick up location for the Hop On Hop Off Tour. I spoke with someone at the front desk who indicated she saw the trolley running that morning. The front desk agent even tried to see where the trolley was in their website. We decided to wait a few minutes before hailing a taxi/Uber. Fifteen minutes later, the Hop On Hop Off trolley arrived. The guide on board knew nothing about the City Tour. She told us to get on the trolley and they would try to get things sorted out. It appeared there were more four people that were in our same situation. The trolley took us to Stanley Park where the guide told us the company had cancelled our city tour the previous week. We were given the option to take the Hop on Hop Off trolley. We declined since the next trolley wouldn’t arrive for 90 minutes. We ended up using Lyfts/U Wes the rest of the day. We were disappointed that we missed the narration which is why we booked the tour in the first place. The guide in the bus tried to be helpful. It wasn’t her fault the boss put her in that unpleasant situation. The boss told the guide the money had already been refunded to our account the week prior. Five different reservations and not one received a notice that the tour had been cancelled or the money refunded. I texted the voicemail number and explained my disappointment Trent with his business practices. It wasn’t until later that evening that I received a phone call from the owner. He kept saying he cancelled the week prior. I understand that might be true. But he never let any of us know that the tour wouldn’t be running. I ended the conversation saying I had no intention of contacting him again. I’d simply dispute the charge with my credit card. Two hours later, I received a notice from my credit card that the money had been refunded. Obviously, the money had only been refunded after my phone call with the owner. Beware if you book with this company. Might be a good tour if they show up. But we wasted a lot of time in Vancouver. Not how we had planned our day.

Terrible - We waited for 40 minutes and they never showed up. Multiple phone calls with no answer. Viator also called with no answer. Wasted a day of vacation. Ridiculous.
