The booking of the 2 E-bikes was easy and quick. - We received a reminder via email in advance. On the day of the ride, the handover and return of the bikes was quick and uncomplicated. A map with bike routes was offered at the handover, which we gratefully accepted. Directly in front of the rental, there was a separate bike lane on the roadway for vehicles, which made it easier to access the network of bike paths. The rental was conveniently located, making it easy to start our cycling adventure. We had a fantastic experience exploring the city on our E-bikes. We were on the road for 6 hours and saw everything we had planned. The e-bikes were in good technical condition.

An experience... - An unforgettable experience! The rental site is close to several tourist sites including Stanley Park which is done entirely by bike in a safe way and with magnificent views of Vancouver and its beaches. Vancouver's bike paths are beautiful and well signposted. Very simple as rental, very kind employees on site , I recommend this experience!

Half day Road bike rental - I am a regular cyclist & was recently on holiday in Vancouver. I wanted to rent a road bike during my trip. After a quick Google search I found Cycle city Vancouver. It was easy to book. I was also able to choose the type of pedals I required. I rented a bike for a half day. Staff were polite and helpful. They have routes you can download, if you don't know where you are going. I would definitely recommend and I would use again.

Awesome place to bike - The staff at the bike shop were pleasant and patient. The bikes worked great and the biking here is amazing with dedicated lanes almost everywhere. We are both in our 60's and we rode for over 4 hours in Stanley Park, Granville Island and Gas Town.

Excellent bike rentals - The cycle shop is very conveniently located downtown on the cycle route, with great service. A map of the cycle path is provided and prices for the rentals are quite reasonable. It is a beautiful ride along the water and in Stanley park, with some magestic trees - really a very nice activity, especially with sunny and mild weather. We didn’t book in advance, and were able to get 3 bikes, but we realized it does get very busy

Highly recommended. - I have been in contact with City Cycles from Australia since October last year regarding hiring a road bike for the 2025 Whistler Gran Fondo, every enquiry was answered promptly and efficiently. When I arrived at the bike shop to pick up my Specialized Roubaix SL8 Pro they fitted my pedals and saddle perfectly. Every staff member we dealt with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Friendly, helpful staff - We rented bikes for half a day. In that amount of time, we circled Stanley Park and went to Granville Island and vicinity. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We did not need a reservation.

Amazing bike ride, worth the money! - Rented 2 Electric bikes with my partner today and toured the city and Stanley Park. This was absolutely worth every penny. Bicycle paths everywhere, getting around was easy and safe. The views were amazing and we were able to see so much of the city in just a few hours. The bikes were great and comfortable, the staff was very helpful with instructions before leaving. I highly recommend renting these bikes.

An alternative way to view the city - The shop team were helpful and informative about potential routes and gave good advice on the use of the the rental bike, as we were first time tandem users.
