• A specific pickup time is necessary for all cruise port collections. You can choose your preferred time during booking, or a suitable time will be suggested based on your flight schedule.

• There is a complimentary wait time of up to 45 minutes from the arranged pickup time at the cruise terminal.

• If guests are delayed beyond 45 minutes and cannot be reached, the driver may be released.

• Additional wait time can be arranged depending on vehicle availability, but it is not included in the Viator rate and must be coordinated directly with the local provider.

• Cruise Terminal Pickup Procedure:

• After disembarking, collect your luggage and clear customs and immigration.
• Follow the signs for “Limousines, Shuttles, & Private Tours (Door D)” and exit through Door D to find the Limousine Dispatch Booth.
• Check in with the Port Attendant at the booth, providing your name and stating that KJ Limousine Services is your provider.
• The port attendant will then call your driver from the off-site holding area, and your vehicle will arrive at the passenger pickup zone within approximately 8–10 minutes.

• Each vehicle has a maximum luggage capacity. Ensure your group and baggage fit the selected vehicle type.

• Infant seats are available upon request (subject to availability). Please specify during booking.

Our Port Transfer service is ideal for vacationers, whether you’re a small team or part of a large ensemble. Our limousine will collect you straight from Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal, and ferry your group over the border to Seattle Downtown or Seattle Airport (SEA-TAC) for your flight home.

Our limousine services cater to patrons travelling between Vancouver Airport and any location within the Greater Vancouver area, encompassing Downtown Vancouver and Vancouver.
