Vancouver - Revelstoke
Bridal Veil Falls Provincial Park - At our first stop, we’ll take a short walk in a west coast rainforest to check out Bridal Veil Falls.
Hope - We’ll stop to pickup lunch supplies in the self-proclaimed “Chainsaw Carving Capital of Canada”, the town of Hope, BC.
Kekuli Café Coffee- Merritt - Here we will stop to have an indigenous Lunch
Last Spike - See this historic site where the last railroad spike on the Canadian Pacific Railway was driven in November 1885, connecting Canada from West to East.
Revelstoke - We will spend the night in the stunning mountain town of Revelstoke.
Revelstoke - Banff
Natural Escapes Kayaking, Canoeing and SUP - In Revelstoke, you’ll have the option to go kayaking on a lake, in beautiful, hand crafted wooden kayaks, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery!
Golden Skybridge - Walk along some of Canadas tallest suspension bridges for some epic views!
Banff - Continuing onwards, we’ll finally enter the Rocky Mountains and cross over the Kicking Horse Pass into Alberta and Banff National Park. Our day finishes in the historic town of Banff, in the heart of the mountains.
Banff - Wilderness Stay
Moraine Lake - Our day begins at the stunning Moraine Lake, in the Valley of the Ten Peaks. Please note that this is a seasonal stop.
Lake Louise - We’ll see one of the most famous and photographed lakes in the world, Lake Louise!
Crowfoot Glacier - See for yourself (sort of!) why it’s called the Crowfoot Glacier.
Mistaya Canyon - Tonight we stay in a rustic, wilderness hostel alongside Rampart Creek, Mosquito Creek or the Athabasca River. Why not take a dip in the creek, then relax in the wood-burning sauna, before enjoying a campfire under the stars tonight?
Icefields Parkway - Nordegg
Abraham Lake - Next, we will arrive at the stunning Abraham Lake, known for its rugged peaks and striking ice bubbles in winter
Nordegg - With the remainder of our day, we set up in the incredible Wilderness Hostel for a homecooked meal, some stargazing and optional sauna.
Nordegg - Banff
Banff National Park - As we continue down the Icefields Parkway we will make another stop at the gorgeous Hector Lake viewpoint.
Waterfowl Lakes - Then on to Waterfowl Lakes to soak in the backdrop of Mount Chephren, which was named after the 4th Dynasty Egyptian Pharaoh.

Banff - After this, we’ll return to Banff for a group dinner, and once our bellies are full, the night is yours! See what Banff nightlife has to offer or take a relaxing dip in the Banff Upper Hot Springs.
Banff free day
Banff - Spend the day as you wish in the heart of the Rocky Mountains! Hiking, exploring the town, or for an additional cost rafting the Kicking Horse River, taking the Sulphur Mountain gondola, relaxing in the Upper Hot Springs…you decide!
Banff - Kelowna
Takakkaw Falls - These magnificent falls in Yoho National Park are some of the highest in Canada at 381m! Note: this is a seasonal stop.
Emerald Lake - We’ll stop for photos at the pristine Emerald Lake, also in Yoho NP. Note: this is a seasonal stop.
Natural Bridge - Not far from Emerald Lake, we’ll check out this natural wonder, which spans the Kicking Horse River. Note: this is a seasonal stop.
Kelowna - Vancouver
Okanagan Lake - Today we cross the beautiful Okanagan Lake and climb over high mountain passes as we make our way to the west coast.
Skaha Lake Park - Our included activity is stand up paddleboarding on Skaha Lake in Penticton

The 8 day Caribou tour is a great way to see the Canadian Rocky Mountains and the highlights of southern British Columbia. Travel the world famous Icefields Parkway and visit Banff, Nordegg and Yoho National Parks on our most popular tour. Hiking in the mountains, swimming in stunning lakes, chasing waterfalls, spotting wildlife, and exploring Indigenous cultures await. And get your thrill (or chill) on by trying some of the optional activities!
Note: some of your fellow travellers will have already travelled together on one of our longer combination tours.
Moose tours are designed for 18 to 39 year olds, but we welcome all adventurous travellers that are 18+.
- Minimum age is 18 years
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- Luggage Restrictions: Each passenger is restricted to one reasonably sized main backpack, bag, or suitcase to be stored in the bus luggage compartment, with a maximum allowable weight of 23kg (50lbs) and maximum linear dimensions (Height + Width + Depth) of 158cm (62in). In addition, each passenger may bring one small daypack that will be carried in the passenger compartment of the bus. Moose reserves the right to refuse to accept luggage that exceeds our weight and/or size restrictions. Moose will not cover any storage costs incurred by the client as a result. If Moose chooses to accept overweight or oversize luggage, we will charge a fee of $50 per bag for overweight/oversize pieces. Note that the decision to accept an overweight/oversize piece can only be made at departure.
