Experience with Chiletour - Excellent guided: pleasant with lots of information about the places visited.
The carrier knew how to manage his times to respect the agreed schedules.
I would just suggest that for lunch you give a couple of restaurant options to choose from.

Excellent - The tour was very well conducted by the guide Rocio and the driver Marcelo, during the trip the guide gave important information about the destination and the characteristics of the climate and geography of the region. We made a stop at a commercial wine warehouse with free tasting and a huge inventory. In Valparaíso I highlight the walk through the neighborhood famous for the graphitis and in Viña del Mar the visit to a Moai and the excellent restaurant recommended for lunch. The return was calm and the schedules were met.

Great guide - Alejandro our guide was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. As the rest of the group were Spanish speakers he put us at the front of the minibus so he could easily speak to us in English which we thought was very nice of him.
I think the tour would have been better to spend more time in Valparaíso and skip the flower clock stop. We had an extra unexpected stop to see the Sea Lions being fed, this was amazing and the highlight of our trip.
The places we went to for the breakfast and lunch were both pricey. One main meal was around 20K - 25K at the lunch place and the food was just OK. We weren't that hungry and only ordered one meal, the potion size was really big.
