Excellent service, punctuality and good buses - Very good guide Rene, a very competent boy, gave us good explanations with knowledge about historical issues and very friendly. Driver Marcelo has been very prudent and in a good mood always with the waits. The day was sunny x what we have made the most of the two cities. Thank you x everything and super recommended

Unforgettable tour !!! - The tour was very good, we know the entire historic part of the city and everything with Time for every moment we enjoy. The rain that could bother at the end did not bother at all! The Rocio Guide was very welcoming and Gentle, serving all passengers speaking Different Languages in which everyone felt comfortable (I believe) with the Trip. Driver Emerson was agile and confident with the management, congratulations from the team.

A beautiful day exploring Valparaiso and Vina del Mar - We had a fantastic day out seeing the best sights of Valparaiso and Vinã del Mar. Our tour guide Thomas was lovely and really cared about ensuring every person on the tour had a great time, switching between 3 languages to ensure we all had the same knowledge and experience. The breakfast place had ample snacks and a small wine tasting for free, and the lunch place had really a great menu. It was a little pricey but there is also an açai bar downstairs with cheaper prices. We felt very safe in Valaparaiso and Vina del Mar and really enjoyed the walking tour in Valparaiso, it goes for about an hour and you see lots of beautiful and diverse street art and architecture. The tour is great value for money and makes for a great day out!

Great Tour Company. - I had so much fun in Chile that I was too exhausted to go to this particular one. But I had the opportunity to try other tours from the same company and was awesome.

Beautiful scenery and good food for a day with two special Chilean Cities! - The best thing is having an experienced tour guide, Sebastian who showed us the best of the areas, which saved us a lot of time to locate the amazing murals. Another highlight was the seafood restaurant that was introduced by the tour guide, the restaurant is cosy with excellent quality of food & cuisine, reflecting the authentic delicious chilean dishes!

Nothing To See Here - Nice and knowledgeable tour guide and safe driver.
Downside, the stops. First, was a strange sweet wine tasting at 9 am and too long at this outpost. Breakfast here the prices were high for nothing special.
Did their best in Valparaiso, but aside from some murals, which were pretty and a quick ride on a funicular. Not lots to do or see. Crowded and not clean. Dog feces everywhere we walked. No free time.
Vina Del Mar also nothing much as far as stops. Lunch advice was given to one restaurant. We like to walk around towns, didn’t find much to see and not good food. Last stop was “beach” and ice cream shop.
We were just happy to have been driven to the area to check it out. But, really not much to see but very crowded city and high rise condos near the ocean.
Not recommended.

Valparaiso without Vineyard. - Guide Rafael and Driver Edison were good. But it wasn't a full day. We went down in Valparaiso, there we went a little, but in Viña it was a pass only by the flower clock and the totem pole. No tour. Lunch in Reñaca.
At 14 we were returning to Santiago.

Run away, don't waste your time - You spend more time in the van than in the sights. The visit to the points is practically only panoramic, in almost none you really enter. The first stop, where they said they'd have coffee in the morning, is a joke. A road-style outlet restaurant where you yourself pay for coffee. The lunch restaurant is very expensive, food just ok, an absurd being the option offered by the agency.

NOT RECOMMENDED - No es un full Day!!
Very bad organization of the times, they are working and we are walking so it is not necessary to get people up early to look for them between 6hs and 7hs to do everything fast, incomplete and be back at 4hs.
As I have read in other comments, in Valparaiso it was fine, but then in Viña they only take you to lunch and we returned, also in our case they did not even take us to Reñaca so the tour was incomplete.

Worst tour operator ever! Don’t use them - They never picked me up, and never answered my messages and calls! I reached out to Viator representatives. They also tried to call and email, but never received any response.
