Tour vina del mar - Excellent tour! The driver/guide Victor is exceptional, he introduced us to the tour in detail, as well as being helpful! The region is beautiful, it’s worth visiting!

Professional - The service was professional. They picked us up at the hotel at the scheduled time. The information was correct. The Valparaíso tour is overrated.

Space Van, Group, Discomfort - Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Tac Turismo. On Thursday, July 11, I, my wife and my son went to Valle Nevado in a small and tight van and the Guide stayed quiet all the time until the rise to the Valle, and until the rise to the Valle Nevado there are already many facts to be told (e.g. how they discovered the Valle, who discovered it, how it was at the time etc.). As the previous Tuesday we had gone to Valle Nevado with the Chiletour agency, we can compare the service, by the size of the Van and the proactivity of the Chiletour Guide. But the worst was Friday, July 12. Again we went with a very tight and small Van to Val Paraíso and Viña del Mar. Long ride in a very tight Van is a situation that no one deserves. We were mixed with some prejudiced and ignorant Uruguayans in relation to Brazil, being hostile to our nation virtually throughout the course (examples... Brazilians only delay; they are poor; reference the women as if they were just dancing; Brazilians are fat; Brazilians don't give goats but charge goats; Brazilians are tight there in the background and laughs and laughs; bothered with so many Brazilians in Chile; that Uruguay doesn't have Brazilians like this, etc etc). Guide with no historical or tourist knowledge of the region. - Guide had little historical knowledge, criticized every place we went, severely criticizing the current Chilean government, illegal immigrants, etc.... he didn't highlight any tourist attractions, he criticized the beautiful graffiti that in my opinion are a characteristic Of region. It left a lot to be desired...
