- Valley of Fire - Valley of Fire State Park is Nevada’s oldest state park. Upon entering Valley of Fire State Park, a friendly and knowledgeable guide will lead you to the trailhead for your chosen hike. (See options below.) During your 4-, 5-, or 6-hour tour, the guide will explain the geological forces — including faulting and erosion — that shaped the unique red rock formations. Learn about the various American Indian tribes that have inhabited the park for thousands of years. There will be periodic breaks to capture photos of the stunning natural scenery and to recharge with complimentary snacks and water. Examples of trails that may be explored include Fire Wave, Mouse’s Tank, White Domes, Rainbow Vista, The Cabins, and similar surrounding areas.
After your hike, make a brief stop at the Valley of Fire State Park visitor center to learn more about the park before returning to your Las Vegas hotel.

Shift away from the sparkle of Las Vegas and immerse yourself in the stunning natural landscapes of Valley of Fire State Park with this morning or afternoon trail exploration. Admire petrified wood and 3,000-year-old American Indian glyphs as you undertake an effortless, moderate or challenging guided hike through Nevada’s oldest state park. While on your 4-, 5-, or 6-hour journey, you’ll also traverse the Moapa River Indian Reservation and have a glimpse of Lake Mead. This intimate group tour is limited to 13 individuals to ensure a more customized guidance from your tour leader.
- Minimum age is 8 years
- Closed-toe shoes are required
- Sunscreen, lip balm, sunglasses and hats are advised
- The tour requires a minimum number of passengers to operate. There is a possibility that the tour may be cancelled after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring you will be provided with an alternate option or full refund.
- If you would like to guarantee the tour’s departure (if you are a single passenger booking) there is a $35 fee payable on the date of travel, this will make the tour non-refundable.
- Traditionally, animals are not allowed on these experiences but an exception can be made if you book a private tour.

Great hike and scenic views, excellent guide! - My husband and I had a fantastic time hiking there, during a solid 2 hours, with our excellent guide Tony! He took us to the best spots and showed us the way all along. Beautiful sceneries! Tony drove us safely and shared his knowledge about Las Vegas and the area. We were a small group of participants and Tony was really taking care of us all. I would highly recommend!

We enjoyed this tour very... - We enjoyed this tour very much , my 8 year old son said he wanted to do it again next day 😂😂😂. Matthew was an excellent guide and shared his knowledge of the area. He was really patient answering our questions. Matthew brought a lot of snacks and water, made sure that we are all hydrated. I highly recommend this hike!!!

Worth the early wake up! - If you want to see some of the beauty of this part of the country while you’re in Vegas, bit the bullet and take the early morning tour to Valley of Fire. Our guide, Nick, was top notch. Impromptu photographer, full of interesting tidbits and easy going, allowing our mighty group of 3 to set the pace, wander at will and simply enjoy the morning. You won’t regret it! The tour company was top notch - easy to book, communicative and prompt!

Incredible experience! - Incredible experience at Valley of Fire with Dustin guiding us on an off trail hike! He’s knowledgeable, agile and fun! He took time to understand everyone’s level of ability and adjust when necessary. I highly recommend this adventure!

wonderful experience - While in Vegas for work, I took the chance to enjoy this activity.
I come from northern Italy and I love hiking on the Alps. I was curious to experiment hiking in the desert, a new scenario for me.
It was a wonderful experience in Valley of Fire. The landscape was amazing and our guide, Dustin, explained us a lot of information about plants, rocks and the petroglyphs at the end of the tour.
I recommend this tour to everybody, only I'd suggest to wear trekking shoes or trail-running shoes in order not to slip in the rocks.

Coolest hike ever! Falana is the best! - Falana was absolutely amazing! I’m so glad I chose this hike! We did the early morning hike which i would recommend. The weather was perfect! Definitely something i will remember forever. It was so cool and a little challenging at times which was awesome! Snacks and water were provided which was a plus and taking the off trail path was something super special. I would take this hike over and over again if i could!

Great opportunity to get away from the noise of Las Vegas - Amazing knowledgeable guide (Matthew) who hiked us beyond the “beaten track”. We did the intermediate hike that had us climb on rocks and through the desert sand. The scenery was amazing as was the wildlife.

Awesome Morning Hike - We were picked up at Bellagio hotel at 6am. Our tour guide, Dustin, arrived even earlier to give us some time to reach the van.
The tour itself was amazing, we got to see the sun rise from the van, we had gone straight to the Valley of Fire and there we got out of the van and on to the hiking trail.
We took the intermidiate one and got to finish it in just about 2 hours. It is a hiking trail that requires bare minimum of climbing skills. It takes about an hour to get back to Vegas.
