Great day and insight into the past! - Highly recommend this tour while in PA! Our guide Adam knew so much and his enthusiasm for the history of the revolution and Valley Forge added so much. He made sure our kids had a chance to engage with the experience too.

Great half day tour! - Our guide was very knowledgeable, kind, and interesting. We really enjoyed our trip. Good things to know: bring water. There are a couple of bathroom stops at Valley Forge with clean bathrooms and soap & water.

Everything you would want from a tour of Valley Forge. - Tom was a great tour guide. I really appreciated his extensive knowledge and candor about Valley Forge, George Washington, General Knox and more. He had a great sense of humor and was great with the kids in our party. They kept running up to walk with him. The tour was everything I hoped for at Valley Forge. I mistakenly reserved a tour out of Philly when I was going to Valley Forge so we connected and I was able to enjoy the tour without the ride to and from Philly.

So much fun! - Dale was such a great tour guide. He’s knowledgeable, personable, and flexible. We had a great time chatting, laughing, and talking history with him. At the end of the tour, he had a great restaurant recommendation. Dale and the Valley Forge tour were the best part of our trip!

Small group Valley Forge driving tour - The tour guide, Dale, picks you up right in front of Reading Terminal Market, then drives you to Valley Forge. Right from the beginning it’s so much easier than going on your own. No worry about traffic and getting any and all questions you have answered about the city and the forge itself. Dale is super friendly and knowledgeable and with the fact that the max for the tour is 6 people you are doing what the group wants not what is ‘assigned.’ The day was super hot and our group of 4 was not necessarily the most in shape group we were able to decide whether we wanted to get out of the minivan or just have things explained inside the comfort of the ac. Dale dropped us off right at the entrance to exhibits and then walked to meet up and pointed us in the direction of things that we didn’t want to miss; making sure we heard the park guides. It was one of my favorite tours ever around the country since Dale was our own personal guide to every question we had and we never felt rushed or bored waiting for a larger group to all understand.
