Valletta - Valletta is the capital of MALTA. The co-cathedral of Saint John is a Catholic cathedral, located in Valletta. It was built between 1573 and 1577, by the Knights of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem. It is built of Maltese limestone, the exterior of the church has an austere appearance. It measures 65 m long by 40 m wide. I recommend a walk in the gardens and on the docks.

Beautiful Valletta. - This was a great walking tour with only 12 participants which made this a perfect size. Our guide Nadine was very knowledgable in the history of Malta and Valletta. We got to see and hear about how Malta and Valletta has evolved over time. We were also lucky enough to go in the St. John's Co- Cathedral. Definitely worth the extra 15euro to have the guide on hand to discuss the wonders and stories behind this opulent beauty.

Fab tour of Valetta! - Our guide Angili was really knowledgeable and we all enjoyed the tour immensely - even my two teenagers! It was a hot day, but our guide tried to keep us in the shade as much as possible. What a fascinating place Valetta is, so much history. Angili presented it in an easy to follow way, with interesting side stories about the people who’ve lived there and how life has changed. Best of all we were provided with earpieces for the tour which worked really well. We didn’t miss anything she had to tell us, and she didn’t have to shout to be heard. The optional guided cathedral tour at the end is definitely not to be missed either. Highly recommended!

Little flexibility - We were 15 min. late from Pozzallo, and contacted the guide to arrange a meeting place on the route. This was however impossible for no specific reason, and we experienced the guide as little cooperative
