I see Four - Wide view of the whole island. The island is a lovely island to visit and it is very beautiful. Lovely staff on the boat very helpful. A trip that is worth making again.

Took over 3 hours and not 60 mins as advertised. No commentary or very limited. The most disappointing tour. - This tour left me disappointed for a couple of reasons. Firstly very poor or limited commentary. It was advertised as a 60 min tour and we were on the bus for over 3 hours. This meant we were exhausted, needed a bathroom and cool water and in addition we could not go on the North tour or the harbour cruise. Don’t advertise your tours incorrectly.

Awful - Awful, awful, awful. The wait time between buses is supposed to be 30 minutes (when you step off) but in reality it took a minimum of 50 minutes.

I don't recommend it. - Bus without air conditioning, we travel with open doors. Worst timetables, they don't correspond to what they say. Delays of more than an hour. In the end we had to hire a bolt(taxi) to return to the port

Shambolic. Misrepresentation - Shambolic Misrepresentation My husband and I often use Hop on Hop Off buses when visiting a new place and apart from this tour have always them very good. On July 4th we were in Malta for 1 day as we were stopping off from a Mediterranean cruise. On the port a representative from I see Malta was selling tickets for their Hop On Hop Off bus ( it did not include the harbour cruise). We, along with an almost full bus set off from the port at 0915 on what we were led to believe was a tour of the island with full commentary. This transpired to be an example of false advertising. There was no commentary due to some technical error. There were many very angry passengers on the bus who wanted to return and board a bus where there would be a commentary but the driver would not listen. I actually think he could not understand people. He merely said “ my job is to drive” and drive he did! We had no idea where he was taking us and we received no explanation of things we passed. After about 1 hour we all got off the bus very disgruntled and disappointed. We were only in Malta for 1 day and it was too late to join another trip. We intended to voice our concerns when we returned to the port (having had to make our own way back) but the ISEE Malta reps. we’re no longer there. Our 1 day in Malta was a great disappointment due to this experience. On our return I wrote a letter to the firm outlining our grievances. They did not see fit to apologise but acknowledged that there were problems with that tour and said as “ a gesture of good will” they would refund half the fare. I believe this to be an insult and despite a reminder from myself I have yet to receive it. I think this represents very poor customer service. An apology goes a long way. I would not recommend this firm.

A regrettable trip - I was genuinely concerned with how roadworthy the first bus we got on was. It made an awful noise when accelerating and the general state of the inside of it made me question whether it was adequately maintained - see photo of one of the seating areas below. Some of the stops got missed by the driver and information about which stop passengers were at was patchy. A microphone was left on which was catching the wind on the top deck making for an unpleasant loud noise on the lower deck. It would have been sensible for the buses to say which route they were running on to avoid confusion. As a result a large queue formed for one of the buses at Mdina only to find out it was a yellow route bus - I had thought only blue and red routes were offered and this confused lots of people. The stop in Mdina was also not appropriate, as the wait grew for a bus people were queuing alongside a horse and cart on the road - an unsafe practice. It was clear a deal had been struck with at least one of the cruise liners which is fine, but when you do that you need to put on more buses. T he drivers were clearly stressed and one of them was unnecessarily rude to passengers. Sadly we have already booked a trip with the same company to Gozo tomorrow and we already have a feeling of dread about it. These issues are all easily resolvable. Pull your socks up I See Malta, the other companies certainly look to be providing a better service.

Don’t go. Waste of money - Bus is filthy. No air conditioning and drivers did not know where we needed to get off to go on harbor cruise. Audio system does not work in many of the seats. We never got to go on harbor cruise. Worst hop on hop off bus we have ever been on.
