Let Luis do the driving, no stress, had a great time. - Had a great day, showed up to the meeting point at the time in my message and met Luis who was punctual. In a small van we went from a cenote (Noolha) to chichen itza then to a final cenote that had a buffet (xcajum). Every thing was great, staff friendly, would book again through this agency.

A complete and exotic experience! - Luís our guide, was exceptional, thank you for his good work! We were able to discover two incredible cenotes, the Chichen Itza with a great guide and participate in a Mayan ceremony. This is really an activity that I recommend and would do again without hesitation!!!

Great day trip - I chose not to rent a car. This was a great way to see several, beautiful local sites in one day. They took great care of me. Highly recommend.

Badly organized but beautiful sights - The tour was confusing. We weren't told much anything what was happening. We waited half an hour to change a bus and visited another cenote and not xkeken. The tour took 3 hours more than it was supposed to. The intenary was in a different order and we weren't informed about anything. Otherwise the tour was good.

Chichen Itza and cenotes tour - When I booked the tour I specifically asked how many would be in my group and was told 12-15 people. I was picked up by mini van from Valladolid in the morning to be taken to the first cenote. On the way there I was told I was the only one in the group so would have to join another group which ended up being 50 of us. As I arrived later (because I had been at the first cenote) I missed the majority of the Mayan ceremony which I felt was quite poor - after we spent most of the time waiting around in the sun and being told to go to the gift shop. I wasn’t sure why we waited so long. We then made our way to the second cenote where we had lunch beforehand which was ok - nothing special. After spending 1.5hrs there, we finally drove to Chichen Itza but in the heat of the day with so many people - we got there around 2:20pm as people were late getting back onto the bus. I had expected to go there first thing in the morning to “beat the crowds” as I was told when booking. Throughout the morning, I felt the tour guide spoke Spanish the majority of the day and was quite grumpy. I was never offered any drinks on the bus and felt the “tour” had special treatment. The guide spoke English to us at Chichen Itza (a different guide to the trip guide) but felt it was quite rushed - we didn’t get taken to all the ruins and then spent the next 1.5hrs exploring on our own. The communication was poor as I didn’t realise we’d be driving straight back to Valladolid as we were meant to go to a third cenote which didn’t happen. I would pay more to have a private tour next time knowing for certain I’d be in a smaller group.

Doesn’t exactly go to plan - Doesn’t exactly go as it says on the listing. First we had to contact the tour operator to confirm the start time, we messaged them 3 times and had to contact viator before we got a response. We were the only 2 people who booked and at first this was nice as we had a lovely driver and van, we were taken to the first cenote (cenote noolha) this was meant to be Xkeken, we weren’t too bothered by this. It did cost $195pesos which is higher than the listing notes. Then we were taken to the Mayan village, which was pretty much a tour of a gift shop. Here we were told we’d be joining a different bus for the rest of the tour. We had to wait 1.5hrs in the sun until this was confirmed. The next bus we were put on was a big tour bus that had come from and was returning to Cancun after chichen itza. We were first taken to another cenote (cenote xcajum) and it was here that we had the ‘Mayan’ buffet (very bad - it was minimal options for vegetarians and the food was very dry and bland). It was unclear how we were getting back to Valladolid (very poor communication). The people on the big tour bus had special treatment - they were given free water as needed but we weren’t allowed access to this because we weren’t on the same package. Chichen itza was left as the last stop and it meant we were there for the hottest part of the day. We were able to see chichen itza and return to Valladolid and were glad we got to see these things, but the tour itself was so disorganized and we wouldn’t do it this way again.

Disappointing tour experience - I booked a tour from Valladolid but this is not what I got. I was picked up in time from my hotel by a friendly person in an unmarked minivan. He did not speak English. The van had four people inside and if it had been full it would have been a nightmare. I’m short and my knees were pushed in tight behind the driver. After no explanation of what was happening the driver passed me his mobile with a written explanation that we would visit the first cenote. The cenote was great though best and locker hire was more expensive than is listed on this tours site. We then drove to a “Mayan village” which was just a tourist market where we had about an hour to shop. At some point the driver said we’d be switching to another tour. That was a very comfortable bus. But again no explanation of what was happening. Apart from the five that started in Valladolid everyone else had started in Cancun and had the option of drinks packages. Every from Cancun was offered water and drinks for the rest of the trip. So it was a disjointed tour, the first part wasn’t a tour at all, it was a taxi ride and then we were added to another tour where the explanations of most things were in Spanish with brief English translation. By the time we got to Chitchen Itza it was after 2.30. It was hot and crowded. Ticket collection was chaotic. I will say the English guide at the site we were assigned was fabulous but that was luck of the draw and not due to this tour group. I actually cancelled another tour similar to this after this experience as o didn’t want a repeat of this situation. If you’d been travelling from Cancun it was probably a great tour but my experience was very disjointed and not what I was expecting.

Poor communication, rude staff - The structure is good (two canotes and a trip to Chitchen Itza. Poor communication on pick up time, had a two hour window until following up. Tour was advertised in English but a large portion of the tour was only in Spanish. The main hosts were also rude after I called them out for not explaining things in English. I would avoid.

Big NO - Communication was bad from the beginning. The email said we had to be in hotel Catedral at 09:05 but we asked their WhatsApp and they said it was in the main church. We arrived earlier but the bus was not there, after we tried to call them several times, we finally got in touch and confirmed "there was traffic" and would be delayed. It was delayed 30 mins. Even though we booked the tour in Spanish we were put together with the English group. The guide/chaufer never introduced himself or the tour or anything! We were taken to the cenotes first and it was all in a rush, but then when we went to Aldea Maya we were made to wait around 20mins cuz the van was out of gas... When arriving to Chichén Itza we were finally arranged a Spanish tour guide but we soon realized this guy was taking another tour from the celites and had been sharing a lot of info we missed... It was the same tour company, why weren't we assigned to that group to beging with? Bad communication and arrangement from the operator. The Cenotes are beautiful,Chichén Itza is a must do, at the end we loved all the places. Just felt we were cheated somehow. I wouldn't recommend this tour company.
