The day does not begin in the kitchen…. but rather visiting the neighborhood market, Mercado Algirós, where we acquire the best and freshest Mediterranean ingredients that are part of our culinary culture. (The visit to the market will only be for morning groups)
Once you have touched the base of Valencian gastronomic culture with the essence of the neighbor, it is time to continue with our Paella workshop.
You will make a traditional menu with Valencian paella as the main dish, potato omelette and coca en llanda with merengada milk ice cream, a typical Valencian dessert. Meanwhile, you enjoy local wines from one of the best-known wineries in the area.
Lastly, and most importantly, now it’s time to eat! Enjoy the food and share your experience with the chef, toasting with wine and sangria!
When finished, the chefs will give you a personalized and newly printed diploma with your group photo along with the recipe for Valencian paella to cook at home.
