My First Paella - We have set out to teach you how to cook one of the most international dishes, the Valencian Paella. Rice is its main ingredient, followed by chicken, rabbit and vegetables.
We will meet in our kitchen. We will start with a sangria workshop that we will accompany with some delicious freshly cooked tapas and drinks. Then we will divide into groups and start with the paella workshop. We will discover the necessary ingredients to cook an authentic Valencian paella (fresh ingredients bought in the Ruzafa market).
Our chef will explain step by step all the secrets of a good paella and you will be the one who cooks the paella. While we cook we will learn a little more about the customs and culture of the Valencians.
Once finished we will sit down to taste it. We will accompany the paella with a Valencian tomato salad, Valencia wines, seasonal fruit, typical Valencian sponge cake, sweet wine and coffee.

Eat and Learn - It’s a great experience with others. Beginning with patatas bravas, olives and a couple more appetizers. We were then able to cook (participate in the cooking) and hear about the history and the proper way to prepare Paella, accompanied with Sangria. Then we sat down with everyone to eat the fruits of “our” labor. Many opportunities for alcohol…Sangria, red or white wine (while eating the Paella), a shot of Mistela with a Valencian sponge cake for dessert. Highly recommend for anyone that likes to learn and eat!

A Lesson in Paella - We had a great time! The instruction was informative and done with entertaining style. The paella was delicious, and the sangria was great! We had a wonderful time with others from different parts of the world. This was an event that shouldn't be missed!

The highlight of our Valencian adventure! - I did this cooking class with my two teenage sons and it was the highlight of our trip! Anna and her team were fantastic. An amazing command of English but with the passion and enthusiasm of a true Spaniard! They created such a good energy in the group and brought the activity to life by involving everyone in the group. We would all thoroughly recommend!
