The session will begin in our kitchen with a sangria workshop, paired with freshly prepared tapas and drinks. Participants will then be divided into groups to commence the paella workshop. Together, we will explore the essential ingredients needed to create an authentic Valencian paella, using fresh produce sourced from the Ruzafa market.
Our chef will guide you through each step, revealing the secrets to crafting a perfect paella, and you will have the opportunity to cook it yourself. As we cook, there will be insights into the traditions and culture of the Valencian people.
Once the cooking is complete, we will sit down to enjoy the meal. The paella will be served with a Valencian tomato salad, local wines, seasonal fruit, traditional Valencian sponge cake, sweet wine, and coffee.
