Family of 7 tour - We were two families of seven in total, including children and from start to finish, Juan Carlos made our trip through Salto de la Novia, Baños de Montanejos, the town of Navajas, and the nearby reservoir (pantano) truly unforgettable. His deep knowledge of every beautiful view and historical site, and always ready with a warm smile and a perfectly timed joke to keep the energy light and fun. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would. Thank you, Juan Carlos, for a magical experience that we’ll be talking about for years to come. Montanejos Hot Springs - My daughter and her friends had done the day trip with Juan Carlos and had recommended him. He was punctual and his van was very clean. We had a few stops, my favorite was Bride’s Leap. When we got to the hot springs , Juan Carlos gave us our privacy and told us to enjoy and stay as long as we wanted. We were meeting other friends for lunch so he was kind enough to drop us off at our hotel.

Great day seeing spectacular sights. - A really lovely day meeting new people and being shown the waterfall and springs by the entertaining and knowledgeable Juan Carlos. Plenty of opportunity for photos of the amazing views. The springs were cooler than expected but worth the bravery for the clear waters and stunning colours of the rocks either side. It was great to spend a day in nature.

Such a lovely tour of... - Such a lovely tour of Montanejos! Our tour guide Juan Carlos made the experience so special - he was extremely friendly and knowledgable and knew all the best spots to see nice views and swim.

Nice day - We got super lucky as there were only 3 of us and our amazing guide Juan Carlos, so it turned out to be a private tour. Everything went smoothly, we enjoyed our day and learned a lot from Juan Carlos, he even took us to a secret location to enjoy the view on the damn. I highly recommend it in summer, we went in September and the water was a bit cold to my liking, though some people still managed to swim, so depends on one’s ability to tolerate low temperatures.

The Hot Springs - Our tour guide Juan Carlos was terrific . The Springs where beautiful however they where not 25 degrees at all more like 22 degrees. The water was very shallow . There where no toilets there either , port a loos which where overflowing . Was very disappointing . The poor owners of the cafe so devastating for visitors from other countries. The girlfriend waterfall was gorgeous. Probably would only go in the summer months only when you can swim and somewhere to get changed .

Didn’t show up. Avoid this - The tour guide didn’t show up. Lost an entire day of vacation. No response back from Viator support either
